I am very pleased with the quality of these covers. I was hesitant to buy such a small size. But the measurements given on the website were very helpful. They fit exactly as I hoped - not too much excess. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery but when I contacted the company T was very helpful, responsive and took immediate action. Based on his recommendations, I placed placed my order online, received the cover (kit) and installed it on my boat. Absolutely the best cover I have ever owned. If fit perfectly and was of "heavy duty" quality.I'm 54 years old. The cover was actually very easy to put on. Did my homework to make sure the one I was ordering was going to be the right size. Well, it didn't fit. Needed to be 2 to 3 feet longer. I called Empire Covers and they are sending me another one with no questions asked. Didn't charge me for it. I am going to tell everyone I know that has a motorhome or trailer and tell this is the company they need to use. Pauline was more than helpful. Thank you to everyone that works there. They exchanged the covers and were so pleasant to work with. The covers are great also unlike others I purchased that fell apart in one season. Would not exchange, did offer to take it back but sent no return tag or shipping info so shipping costs were out of my pocket. Sat on phone for 45 minutes and finally got a customer rep who at best was indifferent bordering on rude. Said he was going to transfer me to another rep than hung up on me. Never buy from them again.I am more than impressed with their customer service. Had a slight shipping issue (FedEx, not Empire) and Empire immediately and without question set things right. Then after all that had a sizing issue with the cover. Emily S. Was on it and once again, made things right without hesitation. Zero complaints, highly recommend their business!This company is misleading. They sold me a boat canopy over the phone. They told me that it woild be delivered in a couple of weeks, then they cashed my funds right away. They still have not delivered my top and their website says "not shipped yet." Numerous, daily emails and voice messages to the company have still not been answered in 1.5 weeks. Please go somewhere else. Many companies are comparable, and I will start action against the company.Purchased a stretchy car cover for my Porche 9114S that is suppose to form fitting, after all they are asking the exact shape of your car. Way too Big. Goes to the ground. 40% too big. Read their return policy. Not worth trying to send back... Good luck..Very good price on the bimini top I ordered. Very happy with the quality. I had a small issue, not due to anyone's fault, and the customer services was attentive and resolved the issue instantly. Didn't want to spend a fortune. Amazon had lots but this company allowed you to pick your size n thickness with a 40% discount. Purchased n when I put it on, had a small hole in it. Contacted them thru email n sent pics and before end of day, they approved another to be sent out to me! So fast, no other questions asked. They didn't even expect me to return the damaged cover. So... I would definitely recommend them n how they stand by their products! Definitely use them again n share with others! Did I pull the trigger too quick? Guess we will never know but I would like to reach out to Budge and thank them for doing the right thing! 5 STARSMy car was not on list, spoke with customer service we both agreed smallest cover would work and if not to let them know and they would issue a refund. Cover did not fit properly, advised customer service and was told they did NOT want cover back just the 1x1 inch size tag. Customer service sent a RMA number, I attach tag to letter authorizing return. Placed RMA number on letter sized envelope and mailed first class. Returns Dept. must have discarded envelope and since the small letter sized envelope did not have a tracking number (which apparently they did not require since it was never mentioned) they have refused to date to issue the refund they had agreed to. I had made a copy of what I sent and offered to re-mail same but that would not suffice customer service. Fits like a fat guy in a little coat. Have been emailing with them since November. Their response time per email is about 3 to 4 weeks to get a simple answer. It was purchased through Amazon. Was told even though it's their cover, exchanging has to go through Amazon. Stay away. Just call their sales number and see how long you will wait on hold. Customer service is terrible. I ordered a boat cover three months ago. First shipment was missing the hardware. The replacement never showed up. I sent everything back for a refund. Box was delivered back and still waiting on the refund. You will have to wait an hour or more for customer service. Please try and call before you buy!Cover looks nice, but can't fully cover my Ford F-350. No instructions on how to use with exterior antenna. Where to cut the hole, if one does cut a hole would that void the warranty. I did get 2 small square pieces with holes in them: GREAT! How to measure for cutting the 1/2" hole, you have a 3'high antenna. How do you account for centering the hole anywhere near with the cover draped up over the antenna. STUPIDI'm skeptical about ordering some items online and certainly did not want to pay $$$ for a flimsy cover for our pontoon. The cover was more than we expected. Will look to Empire Covers for any recreational covers we may need in future. Will take photo and add. Bought directly from Empire.I highly recommend Empire for boat Biminis. We order a new frame and bimini canvas from Empire. It came sooner than I expected, fit great, and looked better than expected. It is a heavy material. We then had a problem, because of something on our part and they helped us out- again better than expected!Had an issue and they reached out right away to get it resolved. Good customer service is hard to find and I honestly was not expecting them to reach out. (order number 893948).Messaged them. Had to actually pay for the shipping back that was over $275 for a $720 return. It's been over two months. Yes they may be good quality but this company I doubt would be help you out with warranty problems and you might as well buy a new cover inside of sending one back to get fixed for half the price. Will not be doing business through them again, very very disappointed. Don't expect a return. Have emailed and called. Nothing back the automatic email - we have received your email. Purchase in November. It's March and I just ready to give up. Never even opened the covers.After shopping online I came on to Empire Covers site. Needed I cover for my drift boat as it will be outside this winter. Got the cover and was more then surprised with the quality, fit and accuracy of the online description. Would highly recommend.
