They charge me $27 for nothing and refused to refund, they did not care about customer at all, service is really bad, avoid it!Don't waste your money on their scam. I should have read other reviews before my purchase. They do not notify you that your auto renewal is upcoming then if you want to cancel they say no you already renewed. Scammers. Savings suck also.I have purchased this book for as long as I can remember. I usually wait until they're on sale with free shipping. I just got the 2020 version for $5 and I don't even know if I will recoup that amount with this lousy version. It's about one fifth the size of the previous versions. I will never buy this again. The seller should be ashamed.The app 's discounts are more like 25% off. Very few BOGO in app. If you do get a BOGO the 2nd item usually has a dollar limit so you end up paying for whatever it is over the limit. Definitely not adjusted for inflation. Most are at or bellow $9.00. Not to mention a few businesses did not honor sonI let them know and those businesses are STILL in the new book / app. Use to be a great deal but you can get same discounts through Groupon and better discounts. I have been using the service when it use to be a fundraiser also.Does not honor their coupon. Said they did not place in the book and would not honor the coupon we got from the book.Usually I'm not a person leaving a reviews, but I can't get over this. Worst customer service EVER. Be careful about their " automatic renewal membership". They are money grabbers, nothing else!This book is garbage now very few coupons in my area when you buy a online book they will automatically bill you without your knowledge, it's impossible to find out how to contact them.Good luck finding enough deals to even break even on the subscription. They renew 2 months before it ends so you won't be able to cancel timely. They offer no phone number for problems. The app is a ripoff to me.As in the title, NO good coupons at least for the Denver area! I purchased the book and app during a $5 sale and I just wasted $5! There is NOTHING useful! Only far away business that are on their last leg and offering mediocre coupons at best. I called to get a refund (yes for the $5 out of principle) and the company refused. They claimed their app is where it's at. But it isn't, there is nothing there! Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Super skinny book this year (2020). Not worth the money. What a waste of my money! I will NOT purchase again.Ordered 2020 book in January of 2020. At time, I agreed to annual subscription. Little did I know they would be issuing the 2021 book a mere 6 months later. I only get 6 months of use of my book and they send me another one at full price! I cancelled my membership, but they appear to be going to send the 2021 edition anyway with 6 months left in 2020! At this rate, they would be issuing the 2022 book in January, 2021. VERY SHADY. I will be refusing shipment that was sent after I cancelled.

Always call ahead.I have been buying entertainment.com coupon books for many years for South Carolina and other states that we have vacationed in. I have also purchased some as gifts for family members. A coupon book for SC is no longer available, so in November 2019 I purchased the digital edition. I was charged on my credit card for that transaction, but while checking my latest statement I found another charge for the digital edition of SC 2020. I contacted entertainment ( no phone contact number, just email contact... 1st negative) about the double billing, asking for a refund to be issued to my credit card account. I got this long canned response (2nd negative) informing me that according to their policies I would not be receiving a refund as it was detailed when I originally started a 30 day free trial. It is not their custom to issue refunds and apparently customer service is not in their mission statement. (3rd negative). I DO NOT recommend this company. I will never renew or buy from them again. I suggest that people looking for coupon books, go to SaveAround. Another negative is that the coupons get crappier every year. Don't waste your time or money. My plan is now to inform all friends, family, associates, etc. about my experience with this sham.They are the worst. But, if anyone is looking for a telephone number to complain: two four eight - four 0 four - one thousand. Also, address is 1401 Crooks Road, Suite 150, Troy MI 48084.The NEW book for the company "Entertainment", says that they offer 2 for 1 dining coupons in they advertisement; and there are very few of them in the book... MOST of the coupons that say "2 for 1' are a buy one item (lunch/diner) and you then have a $3 or $10 etc limit towards the second item. If you query the restaurants for menu prices, you will find that the items are much more than what the credit allowed. So what you really have is a " PURCHASE ONE ITEM AND GET A CREDIT TOWARD THE SECOND ITEM. This is quite different than the usual Entertainment book, or other 2 for 1 coupon books. This may be the NEW direction for the program, but it should NOT be advertised as a t 2 for 1 product.We purchased the digital coupon service. I used to buy the books. I don't know what has happened but 6 companies in a row said they did not authorize or take these coupons. That is pure fraud. I've canceled my service and will be monitoring to make sure they don't continue to charge me. It took forever to figure out how to cancel- they don't make it easy. Don't waste your time with this service!I posted a 3 review earlier that I qualified by saying there were fewer coupons for my area. I've since realized there are more than I thought but put into its own section for Vancouver Island. Still, though, not as good as last year.Absolutely Terrible! I purchased the book for years which included digital access. No longer! Now consumers must pay and pay more for digital access. They claim the Denver area book is sold out (that's a 1st but I really think it's just a marketing ploy) because the only option left is to buy a digital membership for either $20 or $36. And customers have to remember to cancel membership otherwise you will continue to be billed.
The book is just not what it once was; not nearly the same number of deals or variety of vendors participating. Going downhill each year.
And really, no phone customer service. Tsk tsk.Ordered a book at a discount, they said I could cancel my annual renewal. Common sense says they won't bill for next year without notifying you. Well 2 months after, they billed me for the next year! They used an incorrect address, now I'm out $30 and no book!. The books are useless, would never pay full price. They have no phone service so you can't complain. They have idiots answering emails. This is ripe for a class action lawsuit. Any lawyers want easy pickings? DO NOT BUY! Do not do annual renewal!
