"Error! File name not specified" in blue ink. Should I be concerned or make contact with you? Thank you.We used Farebuzz because they had the best choices for our Copenhagen to LAX flight. We are using Norwegian Airlines, could not find this airline listed in your "List of Airline telephone number" for 24 hour check-in, wanted seats assigned, called your customer service line & a gentleman helped me through this. AWESOMEThe price was about what I found elsewhere as a decent price, but your telephone customer service staff exceeds all expectations in this day of automated service. They quickly got my frequent flyer numbers entered when I couldn't find a way to do that online, also got us seat assignments which didn't seem possible to do online, and helped me straighten out a credit card snafu of my own doing. It was a great experience!To navigate on your website was pretty straight forward. I would have liked if the prices were more competitiveI'm the travel agent. I use Farebuzz as often as possible so I'm satisfied with the service I'm provided. Also, I would like a follow-up by email, not by phone. I am tired of strange businesses taking up my time with "gimme" calls. And ALL "gimme's" mean for me to pay some money. So PLEASE don't give my number or email to any other business. Thank you.There seemed to be a problem with the credit card but no one let me know until some time later and then I got a cryptic email that didn't explain the problem but just said that Fare Buzz would be in touch with me the next day. The tickets I purchased were the last two at the price and I would have appreciated being notified immediately if there was a problem. Customer service isn't what it should be.
It was resolved only after reaching out to a supervisor and that shouldn't be necessary.I went online and checked fares. Three hours later I went back and bot the tickets. Then when I was reading emails, I have one from you offering a $15 discount if I book the tickets that I was checking. Too late, I had already bot them. Checked with customer service and they told me that I could use on next purchase. Email says on this one. I tried to speak with a supervisor but "that line is busy" Very frustrated! Unable to make agent understand what email said.See for yourself. Do'nt base your future experience on what others write/wrote (including me)! I searched! I found! I purchased! I am so very pleased with the prices, available dates, etc. If ever I need to purchase an airline ticket again, I will be looking at farebuzz.com FIRST!!! They also offer more airports than many other sites, including a small airport near my home, which I prefer to fly out of. The whole reason my client has hired me to book their travel is so that they are not bothered and have time for all their other meetings and consulting to do. This really is an inconvenience for myself, the client and their consultants.My clients were contracted to confirm the ticket purchase. WHY??? I am an verified agent and have purchased tickets many times in the past. Clients were also given the owners name (D Paris) and had no idea who she was because they work w/ B French. They were confused and of course needed explanation as to why some strange person (Fare Buzz) was calling them. The practice of contacting my client makes me look unprofessional.Premium Economy, Business Class: Your competitors are quoting published fares and paying commission ( 4-7 % on base ). Their prices are same, or less than your Nett Rates, so we book with them for these classes of service.I have been exclusively using Cheapoair but you had better options for flights. Plus added benefit of points to get money back. Every little bit helps. ThanksExcellent service, however, my overall experience is only 3 stars because I was charged a $100 fee to book flights with UAL, which seems excessive. My rental car booking gave me a very good value, but in the future I plan on booking flights directly with the airline. It is puzzling that your website states that typical flight booking fees are about $20 but increases to $100 for business/first class --- an increase to $40 would seem more appropriate.Was told about this website by a friend and was not disappointed with the prices! First they never sent us the e-ticket numbers which were insanely suspicious then when we had to cancel because of covid (borders are closed for american travelers) at first they said they couldn't refund us anything then DAYS later they were like oh we can but you have to pay and we can only give you a portion back. Also the fact that we called the airlines and they said our flight had been canceled for over 3 weeks and we werent notified infuriated me. I dont know how others were helped/served but I personally would never recommend this website/company to anyone!I made a mistake and clicked on one bed instead of 2 beds. Same price. I called customer service and they could not pull up the same options as I had on the farebuzz booking on line system. I explained the prompts that I pressed and they still could not get those options. So I had to have them cancel the booking (no penalty as card wasn't charged yet) and rebook it all over again. And I couldn't get any coupon for my trouble offered to me.
