Ordered package aug 12 2021 and paid for shipping 6 to 8 business days. Received order # but nothing at all since I purchased from company. You cant email or call because email is not in service and phone number just rings and never gets answered. This company should be put outta business! Scam and horrible servicesInconsistent extensions. Thick at the top, extremely wispy at the bottom. They claimed it was because the hair was "pre-layered". Riiight. I asked for a refund for my $90 order and was told I could get $10 back. I asked if that's really the best they could do and they asked me to either accept or they'll stop contacting me. Trust me, don't do it, it must be from China and it definitely Doesn't look like the pictures. The picture is 5 rows of extensions on top of each other.I purchased a 9 piece set of wavy 18" #4 extensions from hairextensionbuy.com for my upcoming baby shower. I purchased before I read all these reviews and then of course was TERRIFIED after seeing everyone say it's a scam and the hair is gross and plasticy etc etc etc. Needless to say I prepared myself for the worst and even told myself I might not even end up receiving them. But I got them today after only about 5 business days, and although yes, the package does appear to be from China, I am so happy with the quality and look! The colour is rich and has a beautiful undertone that matches my hair perfectly. The hair itself is super soft, looks 100% real and doesn't have any plasticy looking qualities in my opinion. The wave is soft and subtle and the clips are strong. I haven't washed or applied heat to them (and probably won't for awhile) as I'm happy with their current look. Maybe that's when they'll fall to pieces and become burnt plastic- who knows. But for now they actually look beautiful, and I've been wearing human hair extensions for years and years so this isn't just a first buy opinion. They provided me with a tracking number but I never got any confirmation emails from them and actually couldn't track my package at all, so I kind of just told myself I'd wait and hold my breath. So maybe not the best site mechanics and customer service but as stated I am perfectly content with the extensions and would 100% buy again.Its nothing but a scam! I paid for extentions which I never got. Bogus phone number & email. This place needs to be shut down.Never received a hair extensions. I have tried to contact the phone number is disconnected email address does not work no way to contact them. I also have contacted the two shipping companies that they would go through gave them my order number and they said they do not have the package rip off Do not order from them you will never receive your order waste of moneyTerrible customer service and return policy. My bank stopped payment until I approved the transaction because they aren't credible, I should've saw this coming. Once I received the order it was the wrong color. You need to know there is a BS 30% restocking fee subtracted from your refund ALSO they are trying to take shipping costs from my refund that I already paid for. 4 weeks later, we are still emailing back and forth disputing and still no refund. SCAM ARTISTS.This is the second time i ordered extensions from these people snd neither time was right i ordered blond they sent me brown i lost $120 just like that!I have previously wrote a review about these hair extensions, i absolutly love them, they are great. I decided to put them to the test an dye them a darker brown, they have turned put wonderful! You can dye and style them. If you are wanting lighter extensions, purchase them lighter, dying any extensions lighter will damage if not ruin them. Again i love them!This company is a fraud, I placed an order for clip in hair extensions over a week ago and they refuse to give me a tracking number. Every time I contact their awful customer service department they say I will have one within 24 hours. 70 dollars of my hard earned money down the toilet with nothing to show for it. Can't get through on the telephone. It ring and rings then goes silent and I can no log into my account. I have opend up a case against them through PayPal and they haven't even responded to that. I had paid for extensions that were supposed to be 100% remy hair but it is MIXED hair. So half human, half synthetic. I reached out to customer service and sent them pictures to prove this. They did NOT help me, they told me it's my problem that I don't trust them. In the pictures you could see how the synthetic hairs in the extensions did NOT dye and were all fried up. I will alwsys advice people against this AWFUL company and terrible customer service.I bought this product because they claimed they are selling virgin hair. It is not and you first noticed that as soon as you see the packing. I know quality hair and I know this Isn't it. I haven't install this hair yet but don't expect nothing but a months or two wear. This is first time buying from this company and It will be my last. RegretfullyI ordered 2 sets of 20" tape ins and they for one messed up the order and charged me twice. It took me a week to get a response from anyone and they insisted I was only charged once until I showed my banking records. Once they finally refunded me my package then got lost and they said they'd start a claim with fedex. I was then contacted and told fedex was ignoring them so I called fedex to get informed that it was the company ignoring Fedex! After getting the claim number from fedex I emailed them back with the claim number saying fedex had informed me there was some miscommunication because both company thought each other wasn't answering to have the lady tell me she'll finally just resend out my package (there was a month of back and forth) at this point I didn't even want the extensions because the company had messed me around so much so I asked for a refund and we went back and forth for 4 emails and each time she just kept repeating "we will be resending the package right away I hope you're okay with it" now I'm still without my $200 and/or hair extensions and Left with a massive headache.I ordered an 11 piece 18 inch set and was VERY happy with them. Great quality. I've had them for 8 months now and they are still in great condidtion. I don't wear them on a regular basis. I've dyed them and no hair has fallen out and they are heat friendly! Love them!Took ages to receive order, which arrived after I needed it. Tried to cancel told already been shipped so too late. Told 30% re-stocking fee plus return postage. Appalling serviceNot high quailty hair. Feels like doll hair! Be prepared to brush 1000 times a day. It feels like Barbie hair, sheds like crazy and the tape doesn't hold. I was satified with the quality hair and shipping times until my last order which was almost 2 months ago that I still haven't received. I contacted customer 2 weeks after placing my order and was told it shipped and was given a tracking number. When tracked it says its a pre-shipment, meaning they are preparing to ship it. Its been 2 months and still nothing has changed. It still says its in china and its preparing to ship. When I contact the company they say that the shipping information isn't up to date and that its shipped but yet they don't show any proof of it. I am a regular online shopper and haven't had any issues with usps or other shipping agenices tracking systems. I doubt it takes 2 months to update a shipping record of an item. I was told 6 days ago that they would send it again as express and send me a new tracking number... still no word or package from them. I am beyond fusterated now. I wanted to have these in time for the beyonce concert I just attended and didn't. Now I'm just over it and want my money back. As for the quality of the hair from past experience, its ok. I don't wear it for long periods of time nor do I dye it so I haven't encountered some of the other issues others have. I have notice that the cury hair does become very tangled and matted after time which can be a pain to detangle. I rather toss is and buy a new bundle.Not happy at all with this company. They sent me brown. I called right away they said they would charge me $30.00 for shipping for an exchange and a restocking fee of 30%. Very thin hair with gaps and chunks that fall out. Go with any other company for your extensions, please, its not worth the trouble!I purchased 7 hair extensions with clips. I received one pack of hair with 3 clips and some false lashes. The Lashes and clips were freebies. So where the heck is the 7 pieces of clips? The Rep said it was the correct package. Where are the clips and it is one piece of Hair one Track. How do I get them to communicate with me? Who do we contact to have this site removed or flagged.
