    I ordered Mother's Day flower a for my wife on Saturday as my kids wanted to do something special for her. They all chipped in their hard earned money(all 5 are essential workers) and we ordered. Sunday, Monday no flowers. I called 5x on Monday, left messages, not one response not one email or call! Nothing. Just $165.00 for no service, flowers, or response. Seriously! Never thought we would be taken advantage of!
    Do not use this company. I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother after the death of her husband. What was delivered was nothing like what I had ordered. I paid a lot of money for a very cheap arrangement. I spent three days on the phone complaining. It was excuse after excuse. They then offered me seven dollars for my inconvenience. Shame on them. This was a terrible experience don't ever use them. Below is what i received vs what i ordered
    Just Flowers is the worse. It's a scam! I ordered for my mom. She never received her flowers on Saturday or Sunday. I've been trying to get in contact with them. No answer at all. They're not responding to my emails. I have called BBB on them. My brother (Attorney) and I are filing a civil case and complaint. Please if anyone wants to help take them down pls contact me. My Brother is more than happy to take case Pro Bono. Together we can stop them!
    I can't stress enough, do not buy flowers from Just Flowers. They fail to tell you that the flowers may arrive late until they email your confirmation receipt. When you try to call the customer service number, there is no answer. For $123, my mother received wilted Mother's Day roses that came on Monday at almost 5pm. I am still not able to speak to anyone from Just Flowers, no answer!
    Stay away from this company. False advertising, poor customer service and the arrangement received is nothing like what displayed on the website. They promised Mother's Day delivery which never happened. The arrangement was embarrassing, especially for the price. They remove all negative reviews from Facebook to prevent people learning from other people experiences.the pictures are was is advertised vs. what was received
    I placed a order on the website provided by the company. Which was supposed to be for a Mothers Day gift. The company's website took my personal information, the receiver personal info, as well as my credit card info. & informed me my order was complete. I did not receive a conformation email or anything else. Nor was what i purchased delivered. So all the information that was given on my end, with me is left in the dark. And, being able to speak with someone about this problem is impossible.
    Ordered flowers for delivery day before mothers day 5/9/2020. Price shown does not include delivery- no confirmation page when purchased on line showing additional shipping charge. My $79 flowers were billed to my CC $114. Then 5 days after mothers day the flowers still have not been delivered. Fraudulent and you cannot get through the automated system on the phone or email to get a live customer service agent. SCAM!
    They took my order early morning around 8 am on valentines. On the confirmation emailed they didn't show nothing when its gonna be delivered or anything. So i tried to call them around 3 because my wife's office closes at 5. Nobody responded and around 4, they texted me that they can't deliver the flowers today and will have to do it tomorrow.
    Ordered premium upgraded flowers 2 days before Mother's Day-flowers never delivered - kept getting generic emails saying unable to deliver - 3 days later still getting same email. Several calls made and could never get a human-only another generic message to leave my name/number/order# - still no calls returned to me. Finally emailed them to refund my money - took them 4 days go give refund!
    Placed a order for flowers to be delivered to my Aunt for Mother's Day. It's now Tuesday and no flowers. They have sent text messages daily since Sunday saying that my delivery will now be the following day. Today I even received a message in the morning stating delivery would happen today snd by this afternoon nope, another text saying it will be Wednesday now. Enough is enough, I just want my money back now. If you try to call the help line there is no one there to help you so don't waist your time
    My sisters and I order my mother flowers for Mother's Day. My mother never received them. We have called and emailed the company but no response. It was bad enough we were unable to be with her because of quarantine but even worse to think her kids forgot about her. She cried and it hurt us to the core. The customer service is not there. We spent $100 no flowers, no response from company, no refund PATHETIC
    I ordered fairly late in the day. The company could not delivery on time. Not only did they send me an email telling me that, they called me and talked to me about it and offered a refund or reschedule. I chose to reschedule and the delivery was made the next day. I have used this company twice now and they have delivered each time. I would recommend them to anyone.
    Garbage company, zero customer service, no communication, why take an order for Mother's Day if you don't plan on delivering that day. That's so disappointing you should be ashamed of yourselves and think about how disappointed my mothers is. Inexcusable behaviour
    Ordered flowers for Mother's Day... Never received a confirmation email. Flowers were not delivered but you can sure bet they charged my credit card! And all customer service numbers are FAKE. Just goes in circles. SCAM SCAM SCAM
    I tried to get flowers delivered by another service and they canceled so I had to go with Just Flowers. When I called to confirm delivery prior to funeral, they said I had called them and canceled my order which is not true. I don't know what country they farm their customer service out to, but it's not helping their service. Now I have two upset families over no flowers at a funeral!
    What a horrible company order number 9366131 was never delivered yet you charged my credit card. I called many times no answer or call back. Your customer service email doesn't even work.     I ordered flowers for my mom on Friday for a Sunday delivery, $155. Sunday, no delivery and an email delaying delivery to the next day. Monday, same thing. Tuesday, same thing. Substandard phone system kept hanging up on me after 15 min. Hold time. I had to email them to deliver on Wednesday or cancel order. Wednesday they emailed me that the order was cancelled. Yet to receive a refund. Go with a company that won't screw you like FTD. There's no way the 4 1/2 star rating on this site is accurate
    I gave JustFlowers 1 star, just because there was nothing lower. Flowers for my sister's funeral never arrived. Ordered on Friday for delivery Monday evening. Started to receive messages before the scheduled delivery time saying the flowers would be late. Received messages during the funeral wanting an alternative delivery address, after the funeral. They still wanted to deliver after the funeral. What does flowers after the event mean? How sad not to have flowers for your own sister's funeral. They did refund my money, after a few phone calls.
    An order of flowers for my daughter placed online on Sat. Morning for Sat. Or Sunday delivery to her was finally received on Tuesday morning when she went to the floral shop to retrieve the arrangement. I realize that the order was last minute but the point is that they shouldn't have taken the order if they could not deliver as promised. They had no problem charging my credit card immediately. Would not use this service ever again.
    You show 59.99 for the dozen yellow roses, but when I add to cart and type in info, it jumps to 79.99 with no explanation. I didn't add anything to the order extra. Seems like a cheap trick to me. A chat box opened up asking if I needed help, and when I typed in my response, it said no one was available. Horrible purchase process, seems shady. I won't order from you again.
    I placed my Mothers Day order roughly 2 weeks ahead of time. On Friday before Mothers Day I received an email saying they could not deliver and were refunding my order. There was NO other explanation nor any offer of substitution or alternate delivery dates... trying to actually TALK with someone was IMPOSSIBLE! Now I don't even have time to mail my 92 yr old Mother a card! I hope karma catches up with this company!
    They guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery. The flowers never arrived. Completed the online refund request and made numerous calls to their customer service which resulted in being disconnected every time I was put on hold. When I finally completed a call with a representative, I was told I would receive a refund. I did everything they instructed. Today, I was told I would receive a confirmation email for my full refund.
    I ordered flowers for 2 people on Friday before Mother's day, one of those people are my mother. Nothing was delivered to neither, no email or any kind of notification letting me know they cant deliver. I have tried calling cant get through, I tried going online to inquire about order nothing.     I would give them less the one star! They ruined Mother's Day! After calling twice and them telling me don't worry we deliver up till 9pm? Then I get a text "sorry we're not delivering it will have to be on our next available day? How am I supposed to go get them somewhere else? Absolutely ruined her day, worst florist ever! Watch out they will screw your holiday or event up too!
    I ordered last Friday for my wife's birthday and they charged me iven more for express deliver, spent the whole Saturday calling them with no explanations, people disrespectful on costumer service line, they refused to give me information, never sent receipt by email. Flowers never got here till today. Of course I don't want it. But they refuse to refund money. Worst customer experience ever.
