    I come here to inform you about this thief site, where I bought and my order was not sent to me, I contacted the seller and he said that my order was canceled, but they still haven't returned my money, they said they still haven't received my payment, but I saw it that the money was debited from my account, but I try to contact them, only they don't answer me, just send a message saying it isn't in office hours, I wanted to know what happened, I want my money back, I'm disappointed with such fraud on this site.
    Wish i would have before purchasing! 100 ft 3/8" Blue Non-Marking 4000psi Pressure Washer Hose Includes QC Couplers SKU: pressureparts-3648-QC I used this hose maybe 7 -10 times since purchasing it. And it blew up on me Tuesday night. I am a window cleaner that does occasional pressure washing. But for 33 years, I know what I am doing. Maximum 10 times, probably more like 7 times... is just ridiculous. Can you be of any help? They said NO, over 90 days. Poor response
    Web scam company. Ordered replacement battery. Credit card charged. Never shipped. No costumer service. No one answers the phone. Left voicemail and no return call. No return e-mails. Had to file stop payment with my CC company through PayPal. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and web site. I wish I checked this site before placing my purchase.
    Saved over $100 on a pressure washer pump going through these guys. It also came fully plumbed and ready to bolt on.
    Recently ordered a floor sweeper from toolbarn through Amazon. The sweeper was delivered to the wrong address. Neither tool Barn nor Amazon or the shipper UPS will do anything to resolve the issue. You cannot talk to an actual person to try and get the issue resolved. Very disappointed!
    I have place many orders and never had any issues. Good company. I sometimes buy tools but mostly parts and accessories.
    Ordered a $3700 pressure washer and called to see why my veteran discount didn't apply. I called 4 times, left messages each time. A total of 40 minutes on hold! I called my CC company today to stop the sale only to find out they never charged me or started the order. I was supposed to receive shipment TODAY! A complete waste of my time!
    Ordered the Hitachi table saw fence for a C10RA and received a C10RA-2 fence which does not fit. They refused to ship the correct one or return my money. Customer service rep was rather arrogant, also. Never again will I use them.
    I placed a order on 5-28. On 6-10 after calling multiple times I finally leave a message stating I want to cancel my order, over 4 hours later I receive a email that says my order has shipped. Ironic how on the day I call it ships. I receive no email as to why they ship instead of cancel like I request, no explanation of why the over 10day wait just to ship. Do they expedite my order to make up for the ball dropping by them? NOPE. My money and your money are better than this company deserves if this is how they treat customers.
    All communication initiation has fallen on the buyer and no, I mean none, response from toolbarn.com other than automated replies. 6 weeks + and still fighting through the credit card company.
    They had a sale April 21st and I bought in. Today on August 12th I still haven't gotten my orders. Worst customer service on the planet. Because of ToolBarn yes boy Pat, I told them to take their orders and stick em. How is it a company can sell something they don't have?
    Do not buy from this company. Ordrred on 8/8 and have heard nothing. Called on 8/25 and they said my tool will not be here until the end of November. Don't waste your time.
    I never received the part I ordered yet they received my payment. I made three inquiries but was never contacted other than a automated email response.
    I have opened a dispute with credit card company because this company is a Fraud. They take your money and continue to reassure you that they've shipped your order, but... they're unable to locate a tracking order. They're liars and thieves. Michael Roe is a chief thief in this business. He lies and promises and then hes unfortunately had to leave early. Shop somewhere else because if you shp here its at your own risk. Theyre thieves and liars!
    There is a common thing among all these reviews, everyone is waiting over a month to receive their items. This is my second time dealing with toolbarn, the first time I waited about 2 months to get my item dispatched (it was a simple LED flashlight) however the item never shipped as I canceled the order after waiting patiently for 2 months. Now I stupidly gave toolbarn a second chance and they again have let me down. I ordered an item which was on sale, it is now one month since placing that order, i emailed them requesting an update too however I have not received a response. PLEASE do yourself a huge favor and never buy from tool barn unless you can wait 6 months for them to dispatch something to you. This website is absolute garbage and their dispatch team is nonexistent. Never buying from Toolbarn ever again.
    Poor customer service and poor delivery time... I order a combo drill kit and some drill bits on Saturday Jan 13th, both showed in stock and both showed shipped 3 days later on Wednesday Jan 16th, I was excited that things moved through the process because it said 3-5 business days to ship. When I get the shipment notification, it shows that everything I ordered was shipped. When I receive my shipment, its missing the combo drill kit. I have limited time to work projects and I was planning to work one this weekend, now I can't so I am not very happy! I look online and they both show they were shipped still, no split shipment, no notification or email saying "sorry but one of your items has been delayed for shipment." I call in to find out what happened to my combo drill kit and the guy says they split shipped it. He didn't offer hey sorry, it slipped through the cracks, didn't offer to get my order to me any faster, his attitude was that he just didn't care that I didn't get what I ordered when the system says it was shipped. He didn't try to expedite anything or do anything to try and make the situation right. He didn't offer to go to the warehouse and make sure my order was getting shipped today, or that it would be here tomorrow shipped overnight or anything. I prompted him to at least try to expedite the shipping because of the situation and he said that he will try to have the warehouse expedite my combo drill kit with 3 day shipping. So instead of complain to the man and be dramatic, I am blasting him here... Extremely poor customer service, I will pay more money somewhere else to get better customer service next time I need something... Last thing... The guys attitude was basically what exactly do you want me to do about it. He was at least smart enough not to actually say those words, but that is exactly what his attitude and poor customer service told me. He obviously has to deal with people all day long that are unhappy with their service. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN unless someone from management contacts me about this! If toolbarn reads this and cares to respond my invoice # is *******9409 and my contact information is in there.
    Placed my order, received my receipt via e-mail and then waited patiently for my order... and I kept waiting... and waited some more... until I finally called their "customer service" number. The guy who answered the phone hemmed and hawed when I asked about the status of my order - placing me on hold 3 times. Finally he told me that my order had been canceled. When I asked why, he transferred me to his manager, who was inexplicably combative and LOUD from the get go. She told me that my order was canceled because they had left me a voice mail message and I failed to call them back. She then proceeded to read me the riot act about how I should be handling MY voice mail messages! So I asked why they didn't just reach out to me via e-mail, only to get some mumbo-jumbo about how they couldn't verify it was really my e-mail address - despite the fact that I entered it into their supposedly "secure" website when I placed my order. Sorta makes you wonder just how secure their website is if they don't even trust the info that comes through it. I asked if they could just place my order again and they said "sure, but not at the same pricing as your original order". Seriously? Don't waste your time with this outfit... low bandwidth and even lower respect for their customers. The only thing you get more of abrasive "customer service", yo-yo pricing and aggravation.
    I ordered a line trimmer on May 31, 2015. It arrived 10 days later. The trimmer head pictured and described in thier website ad was different from the one in the box. I called to inquire as to the discrepancy. I wanted a bump head as shown in the product description not manual feed. The "customer service" rep was immediately argumentative denying thier responsibility to send the trimmer with head shown in the ad, as it was an error. My experience of the law says a seller is responsible to sell what is advertised. He argued and argued then transferred me to the manager. Initially, he argued as well. Very insulting to a customer. Finally he seemed to cave saying he would find the head. The next day, June 9, he called saying he found the head and I would receive it in 5-7 days. Not. I recontacted via email to document. Then he suddenly said he would send it out, His note contained inaccuracies about our conversation. I corrected him. I said I would file a consumer complaint in his and my state. I would have. To thier credit I did receive the trimmer head requested. But this remains one of the worst buying experiences in my life. Read reviews about companies before buying! This company gets numerous bad reviews on many sites around the web. Buyer beware!
    Found a drill press that I wanted on toolbarn.com. Their website promised that it would ship in only 2-3 business days. Placed the order on Feb. 20th and received an order confirmation... then I waited... and waited... and waited... On March 7th, I called their customer service and was told that the item would ship out on March 11th, and that I should receive it no later than March 18th. Was just told today (March 15th) that the drill press would be shipped from their supplier on April 5th, and that I would be sent a tracking number at that time. If it actually ships (which I HIGHLY doubt), then I probably won't receive it any sooner than April 11th. When I spoke with customer service about my dissatisfaction regarding the complete LIE on their website which claimed it would ship in only 2-3 business days, they simply replied that they "really didn't know what else to say." When I suggested that they provide me a partial credit as a gesture of good faith, they refused. They clearly care nothing for their customers, and openly admit that their shipping estimates online are completely false. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Shop elsewhere!

Because the manufacture discontinued that product" I sent an email back saying your site said it was in-stock and i have a confirmed order. On the site it says if in-stock then they have it. I have heard nothing back from them do not waist your money on this website save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere that cares but what they do. This was to be a x-mas present now. Still shopping.
    Great items and The affirm finance option is great allows you to get better tools and be able to afford them. However the shipping is astronomical. Also in order to use affirm you have to spend a certain amount which is easy to do but then the shipping is way out of control. I was told it's because the shipping is calculated on the whole order but guess what the whole order was not shipped in the same box... tried to work out a deal on shipping to avoid two affirm accounts but was told can't do it. So I was hit with $148 shipping on 3 items none weighing over 70 lbs but together they did but were shipped separately. Also left message never returned my call or e mails... tools are nice though
