He was very patient with me and my father over the phone after we asked him endless amounts of questions, he carefully looked and looked and looked to find us a rate/flight that worked with our budget before we finally settled on one price!     Not great! I would like to speak to an agent! There was no problem speaking with someone when I booked the trip and gave my credit card. Since then I can't get a hold of anyone. Ive waited nearly 3 hours on hold and never had anyone pick up!
    I had Emma for my reservation information. She was polite, patient, and professional. She knew how to do her job, which is so impressive. Most young opeople in my experience have no manners, don't have people skill, if it gets hard they will pass me along to someone else. So many congratulations for having this young lady in your company. If only all reps could be this informed and just nice.
    I never had a worse experience than I have with the Cheapoair website, NoOne answering questions, and their agent working across the world with a disaster accent that I don't even understand them and their voice is cutting off and just passing you to another agent. I hate myself in this situation to deal with unprofessional ppl. They keep changing my flight and they don't have any answers. I'm waiting on the phone for over 75 minutes, see the pic attached
    Site was easy to navigate however, there are so many choices that come up after you have already confirmed your flight, that it's hard to tell if you missed something. I also had a fraud alert on phone and an email that my preferred baggage request was declined. I thought it was done at the same time? Over all happy but it would be good to be more clear. W.
    Everyone please attention to me CHEAPOAIR IS A RUBBER! They make a lot of FRAUD! They sold me a business class ticket and sent me the confirmation email, But that ticket doesn't exist! When I was trying to book my seat it goes to premium economy! Calling them many many times with no answer! They are just stealing your money! Be cautious! If you need any prove reply to this and I will email you all the details.

    Hello, I shall be recommending this site to friends. Please help with undernoted query. I am returning to UK end of January and prior to my flight to NZ purchased a Visa for entry into NZ. Surely I do not require another visa to visit the north island for a very short visit? Could you please let me know if I do require another Visa? I arrived at Auckland Airport on 5th Dec and will be flying back to Edinburgh on 28th Jan - Dunedin via Auckland. Would appreciate your help with this, Many thanks, Anne Roberts
    Quick and easy! I was able to complete my International Reservations and seat selection in less than 10 Minutes. Confirmation came by email in another ten minutes with a follow up email asking Me if I had received my booking information. Got the cheapest possible price and shortest duration. Thanks CheapOair!
    Quick and easy. Thorough yet easy to understand. Thank you. I do not like how the total was $126 then as I kept moving forward in the process, you said, "oh the price is now$160 due to daily price changes ". Which I don't believe that it magically went up. You probably say that to every customer because I was already halfway through the process and did not want to start over so I clicked okay.
    UPDATED - CheapOair reached out and contacted me based on poor review I initially gave. While it took about 3 hours of my time they worked very hard to address this issue to my satisfaction. While the experience was less than fun, in the end Agnos from the "Supervisor Desk" delivered. Change rating from 1 to 4 stars due to follow up on CheapOair's Follow-up. (still did not get full credit after re-booking but way better than where we started) Thanks to Agnos! OLD Review-Trip was cancelled due to Covid but Cheapo charged me $35 a Ticket because we did not use ($70 for 2 of us), now booked direct through American Airline and they charge another $50 Each for doing nothing! What a Rip Off. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! Terrible company taking advantage of people during Covid.
    Pretty good, found best rates when compared to other search cites, some coupon codes helped. A bit much trying to push extra purchases of seats and extras but the basic function is quite easy and works well. Have been using cheapoair for nearly 20 years, since I first encountered it in 2003.
    The booking process was very easy to navigate, and allowed enough time to contemplate the best selection for a persons goals and the means available to try to meet that goal. The range in flight times and costs were fair and broad based. Thank you for allowing my grandchildren to visit me with their mom while my son is serving our country abroad in the armed forces.     This was an amazing experience! Brooks (who was the customer service agent helping me) was such a super great help and was unbelievably courteous and overwhelming kind and very helpful! He was a blessing by getting me the best price for my ticket to Boise, Idaho for my son's 40th Birthday and I am so excited! Thank you Cheapo Air and I will certainly refer you to everyone I know!
    My first time ever through CheaOair everything went smooth Until there was a problem with them not charging enough for my room. So after 2 hours on hold and being transferred 3 times it was their mistake for not charging 23.00. I got no apologies or nothing to make it better except I was told your problems is fixed now. I'm sorry but for 23 dollars should not have had to go through this. ON my next Trip I will be rethinking of booking elsewhere.
    Customers service has been excellent. They represent your company well. The one thing I didn't like is that I wanted Business or First Class for my entire trip because of my health. I have Multiple Sclerosis and my L3, L4, L5 disc are deteriorating and the pain in my back is severe. I just wish he could have gotten me in Business or First Class the entire trip. I needed to get away for a while I have been stuck in the house and it's depressing,
    Site is easy to navigate... some confusing thought choices when it comes to trip cancelation, insurance options, ticket change insurance, etc... but looks like it's planned that way so you are frustrated enough to just pick one (or not) and hope it covers something... could always read the fine print legalize but by the time you're finished, the ticket price might be higher or the airline is out of business... hey... I'm kidding guys... mostly..
    I was trying to book two (2) flights but only booked one (1). The guy helped me when I called the 800-phone number. He was excellent and patient. He displayed "GREAT" customer service skills. Thanks Cheapoair.com for making my Las Vegas trip a dream come true
    Their customer service email is down and has been all week- all emails kicked back or just won't go... Site was down and phone calls kep getting disconnected but eventually, they called back and were able to help me change my flight-then change it again after my visit date changed due to factors not under my control. I still had to pay $100 but at least they were able to help after many long waits on the phone and several disconnected calls. I am pleased with their efforts in the end.(Below outlines the problems I had initially but again, they DID help me in time! #1 After I booked my itinerary came to my email showing wrong return date. #2 Selected changeable tickets but they showed as in-changeable. #3 Emails and online form to request cancellation or change get sending "undeliverable" notices back to my email. #4 Called 3 or 4 different phone numbers published as customer service or cancellation #s and held with either no answer or, when answered (in India) I was put on hold "while he looked up my booking#", and never picked me back up.
    Great fare! I was able to secure a mixed business/first class booking for my wife and me. She just fractured her ankle so every comfort will help. Thanks to CheapoAir we got a very competitive price - not much more than Premium Economy!
    Great prices. But your website still reminds me of the late 90's early 2000's when you trick customers into buying things they didn't realize they bought. I can't believe you still have that as a product management/business goal. But you have the cheapest flights around so what can I say. So I deal with it and pray I didn't hit one of your flashy links that forces me into a subscription model.
    The served food in United Air was not as I expected it to be a complete meal. It seems they are just snacks. In fairness, the staffs in the flight were all good. The connecting flights to the Philippines were all delayed, though the airlines provided free accommodation we're still sad that we needed to extend our quarantine days upon reaching our destination. Another day lost that's supposed to be enjoyed with the family.
    Superb website to book air ticket specially international flights. Very simple layout and easy to book by even layman. Hats off to the website designers. Looks like cheapoair believes in'keep it simple' policy. I tried to book through few renowned websites, but failed due to their complex layout. U really need a phd to book thro their site.
