    Received my order today; opened box to find only 3 items but an invoice stating 9 items are in the box. Another part of the same invoice indicates that the package contains a quantity of 11 items. Called customer service, and of course, someone who is not even in the USA answers the call. Can't explain any of this mess. Don't know what is going on with CurrentCatalog.com. Have been ordering yearly since moving from CO to N. C. Never had any kind of screw-up this ridiculous before!
    Ordered from you over a month ago, order #T470337. Later e-mail said it shipped. This is now 12/23. I called and someone said it is in Pontiac, MI awaiting delivery. Supposed to go to Johnson #398,5600 Drake Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48322. Meanwhile we have another order supposed to come in January. How can you be so sloppy with orders. We like your products but doubt if we will order again... unless we do get our orders. Johnsons
    I am extremely disappointed in the service I am receiving on an order. I have ordered with this company before and had no problems. However, this order was placed April 5, and I still have not received what I ordered. I have called twice and have been told someone would let me know what it happening. I have not been called back either time. If I could cancel this order, I would, but can't confirm with anyone where the order is, and I have already been charged. I will no longer be using this company.
    I have been ordering from Current Catalog for about 10 years and have had only good experiences. Products were great at a great price. When I got my first order of holiday paper in a roll I was very surprised at the thickness and good quality and beautiful designs. I really love everything I have gotten. The people are very nice on the phone. I was sorry and surprised to read all the negative comments. My Christmas gifts are beautifully presented because of Current and their products. They make the season bright for me and my family! Thank You, Current.
    I need to add to my original review. I received my shipment today (finally!). I am very pleased with the quality of the products, and they arrived just as I had ordered them. Now that I KNOW what I would be in for as far as transit times go, I would order from Current again. Order about 1 month before you actually need the product, and all should be okay.
    Omg they totally suck. In no way do they inform you that it will be at least a month, maybe two before you get your checks. Do not buy from them!
    Ordered a special Christmas present mid November. (Paid $12.00 of shipping on a $30.00 item to begin with). It has now been 5 weeks. They are unable to track the order because it is at a second party warehouse. Yes, it was a personalized item, but there is still no guarantee it will be here 6 weeks later for Christmas. In this day and age of on-line shopping it is shameful the time and expense to receive an item. There are so many other better options out there. I would definitely look elsewhere. (I even live in the same town as Current.) Just very poor, reminds me why I stopped using them in the first place.
    Ordered checks 1-1/2 months ago and they haven't shipped yet. The customer service person had no idea when they will ship but refused to give me a refund. Don't be a fool, don't buy from this place. You will be sorry
    Every year, soon after Christmas I order items for the next year. This year my order took 17 business days to arrive, well past other years. When I opened the large box, I found curling ribbon rolls jagged and broken with pieces in the bottom of the box, as they were NOT packed securely inside. Also the wrapping paper roll I received, the plastic did not cover the entire roll, so paper is exposed. There is not enough plastic to cover the whole thing. Late and no effort to secure their product is what they have accepted. NO EFFORT to ship appropriately. One of the wrapping papers - was shown with a light blue background with snowflakes, candy canes, reindeer, Santa, and Christmas trees on the website -it is dark green-blue, not exactly a winter wonderland - no wonder it was on sale.
    On 12/13/19, Ordered a personalized item - rec'd a confirm - delivery 5-9 biz days. Called customer "service" on 12/28 asking where my item was. Was told it was scheduled to be shipped 12/30 latest. When I called today 1/6, was told the item was out of stock. NEVER have rec'd any status email updates. Asked today for one confirming I have not been charged and that the item is cancelled. Still waiting.
    I ordered some return address labels on December 17. It is now January 6 and I can't even get a delivery date from them. The "tracking" isn't updated regularly, so no one has any idea where my order is.
    I ordered $494.00 worth of product on 1/2/2022. Part of this order was timely items for Valentine's Day. I gave current 1 1/2 months to get my items on time. The original order said the delivery date would be 1/17/2022 to 1/21/2022. It is now 2/8/2022 and I still do not have my order. On February 2,2022 I received an e-mails saying my order has shipped still showing the delivery date of 1/17 - 1/21. Six days since it shipped, I still haven't received my order. I called current and spoke to an AJ who couldn't even tell me an expected delivery date. And to make matters worse, I asked to speak to a supervisor and AJ hung up on me. Also, may I add I am a Blue Ribbon Member who supposedly is to get some special treatment... will that is a farce. I will never, never order from current again. They don't care about their customers and if they hear of a problem apparently they hang up on the customer. Verify this with Current!
    I purchase Current products several times a year. Especially stickers I use to make homemade cards for church. Never had a issue, never disappointed with the quality of their products.
    So I went to purchase 2 items. Total about $9.99.(weight of items combines under 2 Lbs) Went to check out and they were charging $7.99 PLUS AN EXTRA S&H (allegedly imposed by their shipping company) of $2.99... TOTAL S&H $10.98... MORE THAN MY 2 ITEMS. Oh but they can offer. 99 cent S&H for order of $40 or more... RIP OFF... Can probably find these 2 items at Amazon. Sorry Cirrent YOUVE LOST A CUSTOMER!
    My order has not been delivered yet due to incorrect address and have been reaching out to them for over a week now and literally NOBODY'S helping me with that. I've talked to at least 5 representatives and they all tell me different things so I do not know what to expect and they are so stupid they just don't know what to do or don't know what they're doing! Some of them even hung up on me maybe because they don't wanna deal with it. How rude and $#*!ty customer service they have. I wonder why they can get a job and get paid when they can't even do their jobs. Why do they even have jobs?! Such an idiot useless staffs. Don't even wanna give them one star hope they go out of business for doing terrible work. Still in the process of my order but so far nothing has been resolved cause they're dumb! Wish nobody gets into trouble like me and don't even shop here they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life!
    I got a flyer stating shipping $1.99 for orders over $40. I placed an order for approximately $160 (FOUR TIMES THAT). I was supposedly a rewards customer. They charged me $40+ for shipping. I have sent emails & pictures. To date not the courtesy of the call they said I'd get nor a credit for that GROSS shipping charge. In the past I used them alot & was happy. This is NOT my first large order recently. And to make matters worse, the box was packed SO TIGHT, 4 pkgs of cards are all rolled & unmailable as they can't go into the envelopes. Buyer Beware.
    The company has nice, expensive items. BUT, their customer service is terrible. I had a missing item( out of stock) and called them 2x and BOTH times they took down my information and said that they would refund my money. BUT, they didn't. They are a deceiving company and I will NEVER order from them again. BEWARE.
    Realize online shopping is the way to go sometimes but Current Catalog has to be the worse company I; ve ever dealt with. Ordered christmas presents the beginning of Dec. Some orders never even received a confirmation, while filling the cart there was no problem with the getting the items it said "IN STOCK" continue shopping add items stuff was going out of stock... most confusing order ever placed. So now a week before christmas NO CHRISTMAS PRESENTS! Don't even have an idea if they ever get here! Lesson learned
    Current catalog has been my primary source for greeting cards for over 40 years. I sent cards to all adult church members in our church. So I send a lot. I ordered cards and address labels on july 3rd. I have called to follow up on order. Depending who I speak with I am told a partial order is shipping or the most often is, the order is in process. Today, they don't even answer calls. Recording said to leave message. I suspect this will be my final order and Christian book will be my primary source for cards.
    I have ordered all my checks from them. This last order has been 6 weeks and no checks. I have called twice and they tell me someone will get back with me, they never do. I finally just wanted my money back and they said they would put that thru and someone would get back with me. I have never written a review in my life but now I'm just aggravated!
    Placed an order Dec. 27. Was notified 2 days later that several items were no longer available. Sent email requesting entire order be cancelled. Received an email almost 2 weeks later informing me that some other items in my order are on back order. I again sent an email requesting the order be canceled. The following day another email from Current was sent telling me that my order was ready to be sent. The same day I sent a THIRD email telling Current to cancel order. I will NEVER do business we this company again! Obviously emails are being ignored!
    I placed a order it took a month to get it. Received most of it, but I received some else order also. I emailed finally someone called after 2 calls. Hopefully I will get the rest of my order. Not holding my breath. I will ordering from another company from now on.
    Save yourself a headache and do not order from Current. Not the same form years ago. You place an order and it doesn't ship for weeks up to months. When you call or email they give you the run around. Read all the negative reviews on Facebook.
    The greeting cards, wrapping paper and gift bags are great. Many of their other products are cheap and don't even work. The magnets were adorable but useless as they don't stick to anything. The throw was cute online, but when received, it is very cheap looking and ugly and it had a horrible smell to it. The book marks are very thin and not laminated... won't last long. You have to pay your own return postage to return anything and postage is very expensive these days. I had a coupon for free shipping for this order. Otherwise shipping isn't cheap either.
    Horrible I've waited 2 months for items some come in mail then had to call. Missing items. Said I'd get a refund for out of stock item no refund. Finally after 2 months received final item still no refund never ordering from here again.
