    FTD has gone downhill. I ordered flowers on May 4 to be delivered May 7 for Mothers Day. On May 8, I get an email that delivery is delayed until May 9. On May 9, I get another email that delivery is delayed until today, May 11. These flowers spent 4 days "in transit", and were droopy and wilting when delivered to my mom for Mothers Day. Completely unacceptable and piss poor customer service. Do not recommend and will never use FTD again.
    Will not use them again. The flowers were to be delivered yesterday. The driver said the address shows another city than what was on the order and the driver said she is done with deliveries for the day and would deliver the next morning to my daughter in laws work. Keep in mind she had already marked it "DELIVERED". She did not show by the time the office closed. They finally got to her and below is what she got. So very disappointed.
    I ordered flowers for my sister Birthday on July 26 2021 for July 27 2021 and they sent me an email in the middle of the day saying they wouldn't be able to deliver my flowers! I was so hurt! So I ask could they refund my money so I could go with another company and they said it be 10 business days. I will never use this company again. They started out doing great business but not any more. Good business is trying to correct the problem!
    My daughter ordered the specialty tulips for Mother's Day to be delivered Saturday through FTD. She lives in Indiana I live in Michigan. My flowers arrived today which is Monday. They were wilted dead awful. FTD should be ashamed of themselves and I'm hoping my daughter called to get her money back she paid extra to have them delivered Saturday
    A day late and a dollar short. So to speak. The roses were supposed to arrive on 02/11/21 for my daughter's. They came after dinner the next day. They looked like a child put them together and had damage because they sat in a truck frozen for 3 days. The flowers won't come from your local florist. Ours came from Kentucky. We live in Pennsylvania. The card that comes with it is a piece of paper folded multiple times and typed about the same size as the font that you are reading now. Baby's breath doesn't come with the arrangement either. If I compared Walmart flowers to these. I would buy from Walmart all day long. What a disappointment to say the least. My poor girls. So embarrassed. Lesson learned. Never again.
    I ordered a "Get Well" flowers for my niece from Florist.com. The delivered flowers was not as shown on their website at all. Instead of "Get Well" balloon, they used an used "Valentine" pink one. Next day, flower petals started falling. I contacted customer service. They promised to send a different one. It never happened. My niece's friend placed an order with them the same day. Her flowers was worse than mine and more expensive. PLEASE DO NOT USE FLOWERS.COM!
    Good afternoon. I am very disappointed with UPS service and FTD Flowers because order #*******021 was supposed to be delivered on December 16,2020 and it was delivered last night at 7:02pm. The orchid flowers are fallen from the plant, they arrived in bad conditions. UPS tracking number is 1ZR03R*******805. I called UPS before the delivery to ask them about the status and I did not received a good dealing.
    I ordered flowers for my husband's funeral. I am in England. My husband passed in the USA and I couldn't attend through health issues. 2 days after the funeral I received notification they didn't do the order I paid for. I called the company and spoke to Dawn and Valencia. Dawn was rather off but Valencia was down right rude and totally unsympathetic. She shouted at me, spoke over the top of me and was completely disrespectful. I am still waiting for my refund too. I would never use this company again
    I was far to dumb not to read reviews before placing order w/ this sham company. Simply needed to call and cancel order placed a few hours earlier and not to be delivered for several days. Put on electronic hold for approx one hour listening to annoying angry sounding recorded loop,, the usual b. S. excuses why they cant answer. Then thought i was ringing thru, only to be asked to answer a cust service survey? Then hung up on me! Rip offs! I'm disputing w/ paypal, these scums aren't getting away with this! Corporate crooks!     I ordered flowers for my Mom's 93rd birthday, which was yesterday, 1/29/21. I placed my order on 1/20/21. Flowers weren't delivered, and when I called the gal said that they couldn't find a delivery person to deliver. I was never notified that the delivery would never happen, which is reprehensible. Moreover, today's online order status reads "Assigned to Florist", which is totally bogus. I am incensed. I will never, ever use this company again; they are a fraud
    I will NEVER use this company again. My friend got in a motorcycle accident on 4/19/20. On 4/21/20, I ordered flowers for delivery on 4/22. It is a WEEK later, and the order still shows "in progress". After numerous frustrating calls to a foreign call center, and several emails that got no reply, I was FINALLY told that the order was rejected by the florist. I was never notified. Today is 4/29/20. I cancelled the order and went with a local florist. DO NOT USE FTD - BUY LOCAL!
    Description from website: "Comprised of vivid red roses, purple double lisianthus, pink lilies and red spray roses within a clear glass vase, vibrant color bursts from every bloom...". Not a single red rose. No purple lisianthus'. Lilies and red carnations. That's all. I paid for their highest upgrade to get the fullest arrangement. The worst Bouquet I have paid for. Could have got better at a gas station.
    Paid for same day delivery. Never delivered. Would have just kept my $110 if I had not contacted customer service again and again. Still have not received a refund. Total joke business who will take your money and not do a thing to actually fulfill their order/obligations.
    Order Flowers for my Wife's Birthday. They were finally Delivered, came way late and the Birthday celebration was over. Also to top it off the arrangement was missing a Rose. Please do not use this service
    I wanted to leave a review because after reading all the horroble reviews after already placing my order I became very nervous that'd I'd be out of my money. I thought the flowers wouldn't come or that if they did they'd be dead, but the flowers DID get delivered and they were still pretty. They didn't exactly look like the picture, but my friend appreciated them. I just wish I would have received a confirmation delivery email.
    Ordered a "Double Bouquet" with vase. Got 6 purple weed flowers, 2 yellow roses, and 15 small (1" diameter) flowers like dandelions, and a little greenery. NOT even close to the photo of the single bouquet, let alone a double. Total scam out of $64. DO NOT BUY! I won't make the same mistake twice
    My Valentine's Day is ruined thanks to ftd. Waited till 9:45pm for my wife's surprise gift. False advertisement. Do not order from this company. Employees don't care and just lies about the order is getting delivered. I could had went to get the flower on my own if they canceled earlier.
    Ordered flowers for my Aunts birthday, premium arrangement paid $100.00 the florist FTD used sent a vase with barely 15 flowers. They delivered the flowers 2/7/2022 I called the same night to complain and asked for a refund, I received my refund 2/10. Happy Customer.
    PLEASE look elsewhere for your delivery needs. Customer Service is terrible, in fact impossible to get a hold of. Continuous loop of dead ends if you call the 800#. No response via email for tracking or updates on orders. No excuse for such poor service!
    I paid almost double the price ($134.95) to upgrade to their 'best' product which was a bad decision on my part. In terms of some value for money, an upgrade to the 'better' product version might be a better option to select when ordering flowers through the FTD webpage. Buyers be aware. I was also disappointed that the birthday girl only received one of the five balloons that I had ordered ($30.00). I requested a refund for the balloons not delivered... no response yet. Total amount paid: $197.24... consumer RIPOFF... what do you think?
    FTD aka "FAILED TO DELIVER". If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a complete failure. I ordered flowers days ahead of time for my mother's birthday and never received them today, the day of her birthday. When I looked into it, they said "an attempt was made by the florist but was unsuccessful". Where was the attempt? Everyone has been home all day and multiple deliveries have come but not mine. How embarrassing. They did state they would send the next day with a free upgrade but I declined and wanted a full refund after I have lost all trust in the company and the florist, whoever they are. They will not release florist information so you will not be able to contact the florist directly to find out where your order is. BEWARE!
    A friend sent me flowers through FTD. They arrived so tightly wrapped that they were crushed and torn. I called FTD and told them about the problem and they offered to send another order out. I do not want my friend to know that his gift was not perfect. He spent good money and I do not want him to be disappointed. All I can do is hope for the best. I would never order flowers from a company that ships them. They are all disappointing. Order from a local florist or just go to the local grocery store where the flowers are more alive and last longer.
    Flowers were never delivered to funeral location. Upon calling ftd, they couldn't tell me anything. They couldn't even tell me what business was supposed to deliver the flowers. The representative said they would do an investigation but he also said FDD would never get back with me to find out the results of the investigation. They protect the incompetent vendor that they contracted with via their "privacy policy" but screw the customer. They owe me more than just a refund.
    Used FTD that used Allen's in San Diego. Absolutely beautiful flower arrangements have been ordered and delivered on different occassions!
    Yesterday, I ordered very expensive flowers to be delivered to my Director in San Diego (I live on the East Coast) TODAY. It is 5:30pm in California and she still has not gotten them at her office and multiple attempts ALL DAY to reach this company have failed. I submitted a helpdesk ticket and they sent a link to my personal email, and when I clicked on it it was in Spanish which I don't speak. I am horribly embarrassed and can ONLY imagine how terrible the flowers will be she gets them. I should have read the reviews first. I want my money back.
