Well so far. I have just ordered it. I have not received it. But ordering was easy enough. And now I just have to wait and see how long it takes to get here. Let's hope he doesn't take 6 months. LoLOrdered a Mikuni carburetor which said (one left) on the website and two weeks later I had to call them because I still haven't received a confirmation of my order along with a tracking number. It seems that the only way I could get any answers was to call customer service. As it turns out still no carburetor and an approximate ship date a few months out. Had to cancel my order. Not very pleased will probably not do any business with them in the future. I prefer to pay a little more and actually get my parts at a reasonable time.Web site needs some work, could not remove items from my cart and had to start over. Once I had the correct items and quantity set in my cart checkout was a breeze, like the PayPal option. Items came quickly, everything ordered was in the shipment delivered to my door. Shipping charges were reasonable, heavy package, for a winch and mounting kit. All in all my shopping experience was fine aside from the minor frustrations with the virtual cart on the website everything else went smoothly.It took me a while to find the wrench I was looking for, but I found it at your site in a few minutes.I asked for a little support on the product but got no response. I took my business to Motorcycle Superstore who not only matched Cycleplicity's price but gave me free shipping as well. I'm not impressed with Cycleplicity. There are way to many other options out there.Pretty decent experience, the 1988-1990 Suzuki LT500R needs to be updated as you have 2 different versions and one works and the other does not. Also, who does 20% discount on shipping? Why not on the price of the total order? Most sites have FREE shipping so their is no value in that promo code. I believe that something could have been done to stop the package from leaving and I didn't receive an email that the package was picked up by UPS until almost an hour later. Now I have to reject the first order and had to put in another order for the 5mm parts so I don't have to wait longer. Not happy with the lack of customer service.quick easy checkout.
