    The worst shopping experience of my life. Lids.com (AKA Fanatics) should have a disclaimer on every product page that states that it will take over a month for orders to be delivered (if at all). Please DO NOT order from this site or you will wait endlessly for a product that is never coming. Waited over a month, only for their support team to tell me that my order was "Lost in transit" twice. It's basically a scam website that doesn't honor any delivery commitment. You have been warned.
    The Lids online has a layout that has no good assistance. Lids don't even have support that is trustworthy and it's difficult to keep track of your order online. It fits perfectly with the Lids stores that always have rip offs and rude people. Two rude boys in black shirts and blue caps are mocking people for no reason as they go into Lids sports store and make fun of more people in there in Palm Desert, CA. Lids is a fake.
    Employees (male and female)were really not good people in general. Talking about a female customer's voice that it was too deep. Talking about customers from Mexico. Though, McAllen area is 99.99% Mexican and employees themselves are Mexican American. Told me I can become a member and get additional 20% off merchandise for $5. And employee did not give me my membership benefits. I'm really tired of companies that just play the game with people. I understand it's a business but most don't care about customers. I will never again go to Lids unless I know an employee of theirs is a good person.
    Got wrong size hat and online it states you can go to the local store to return or exchange just to find out the cant do anything about it bc i did not buy directly at the store so they told me to follow return protocol on line that ended costing me $9.99 to return or exchange out of my own pocket even though the company had originally charged me $4.99 to have it shipped to me. What a joke. Not to mention that they had a handling fee and taxes that ended up costing me $37.10 to begin with that Im only receiving $19.00 back on. Their value of integrity is not good at all and i will never but from their on line store again. Be aware
    Young lady that was working at store #6461 on 07/24/2020 tried to close the store 15 mins early. Then had a attitude because I wanted to buy a hat. Didn't ask for my rewards information and engage in zero conversation. Idk why she's working there tbh
    In the past two years I've accumulated approximately 300 to 400 hats, including college, covering all the divisions for as low as $5.00 per hat. All the major pro sports hats starting at $10.00 per hat. I'm on a fixed income, and try to get as many per month as my budget allows. At Lids.com I've amassed quite the collection. They have so many ways to save on their site, I am the biggest sports nut, and Lids totally satisfies my cravings for hats. That's not all, they have everything, such as jerseys, pants, and all types of things. Simply go to Lids.com and check it out.
    This site is just amazing. They have everything you could want in the way of sports paraphernalia. I got a whole bunch of stuff from here before the super bowl. I was really happy with all the items I purchased. It was a lot of fun.

    When I bought on sale items on website, each items provide easy 90 days free returns, so I bought lots of items in case the jackets size wrong. But when I tried to return some of them, no way to return. I went to the store, a lady chected me that the manager left earlier today, and come back the next day and I can get fully refunded. But no way, the store manager is rude and said ha has nothing to do with returns. And also websites changed no retuns, I still has pictures about free returns clause when I bought them. This company is a lier!
    What's the $#*!, there are no response since i send to fanz mart 1st email at Feb 2020 Just ask the track no. And how's going about the delivery. I bought the jersey from your site on Feb, it is going over 45 days and just charge me $40 SUCK!
    Bought two hats for $66 including shipping. Hats were cheaply made crap made with cheap materials. I had the joy of paying them $18 after my "Refund." Real scammers here. BUYER BEWARE!
    I ordered a hat (the 4th one in a matter of weeks) I noticed once I placed the order online it immediately said my order was complete. The order never shipped and it takes about 6 to 7 days for me to get an online order shipped to my store ( for free shipping) I went to the store to see what was going on and the girl just gave me a phone number to call didn't help me just sat there and played on her phone.
    Just horrible service, and over inflated shipping prices. 1 months to ship 4 hats, because they use the cheapest possible shipping service available. (But you pay DHL prices.) Customer service is just... well a joke. Absolutely last time i order anything from lids.com
    Just wanted to say, if they have what you want get it, but if your just shopping go to Amazon. They crush their prices.
    I ordered two hats for $41.98 plus $7.99 shipping, a total of $49.97. When I received the hats in two separate boxes, they were a size too small for my head. I took a trip to a Lids location to make an exchange and they claimed I could not do it in store and had to ship the hats back. I followed the prompts on Lids.com to initiate a return. I found out that return shipping would cost $9.99. That's an absurd amount for a package that weighs well under a pound. They populated two return labels, one for each hat. I only used one label and put both hats in one box with the other label because I thought they might charge me twice. To get the right size, I'd have to make a new order and pay $7.99 shipping again. That's $25.97 in shipping for a simple exchange for size. That's a lot of money to ship two hats that weigh next to nothing. But it gets better... they did charge me $9.99 twice for shipping despite me sending the two hats in one box. Out of the $49.97 I paid initially, I received $18.03 refunded to me. So two hats that did not fit which I simply wanted to exchange cost me $31.94 only to end up empty handed. I recommend you do everything you can to avoid shopping online with this company. They are clearly thieves and can't be trusted to provide quality service. I've never seen anything like this before. Their customer service never responded to my message about this theft. I will never do business with this company ever again.
    I ordered for a Human Race top Lids.com were selling. After making the payment I got an email from Lids saying my item should be received by December 9. Just a day prior to getting my order, I was sent an email delaying it to December 30. Now we are close to the date, I just received another email informing me I will receive my paid item on January 19.
    Fix your online shipping 3 weeks is disgraceful. Take pride in your business. Ordered sep2. Free shipping not worth it
    If i could have given you a 0 on the rating i would have! I went to Lids in the Jefferson Mall on Christmas Eve to purchase a couple of hats! I ended up getting 4! 3 of them i had names put on so i had to wait to pick them up, i was told it would take about an hour or so which was fine because i had a few other stores i needed to go to anyways so I didn't mind waiting at all! I ended up coming back in about 3 hours to pick them up! When i get there to get them the line was literally out the door they were super busy! The gentleman handed me my 4 hats i look at the one on top and it looks great so I didn't even question the other 2! When i got out to my car i look at the other 2 both of which were messed up and looked terrible! 2 of the 3 hats that i had names put on were completely unacceptable they had long threads and one had a kink right in the middle of the name so i couldn't even fix that one without messing up the whole name and taking a chance on it coming unraveled! Not only am i a loyal customer but i spent $160.00 there today and i am completely unsatisfied! I will not be returning to this lids in the future! They were supposed to have offered anyone who spends $50.00 or more in store a free gift in store only which i was not offered period and i spent 3 times that amount!
    I order $250 worth of items online at Fanzz.com and 2 of the hats I ordered did not arrive. I called the customer service number multiple times when the message stated they were open and just got VM. One of the items didn't fit, so I went to one of their local stores. They didn't have my size either so I ended up giving it to my son. But I mentioned to the store employee, that I was unable to reach anyone at their office and he said he would reach out to the main office for me. Later that day a customer service manager sent me an email saying that the 2 hats I ordered were sold out and they will email me a new gift card # by the end of the day. This was 4/23/18. I have still not received my new gift card # and I have emailed the CS mgr ever week since then, without a reply. This is unacceptable and no way to run a business.
    Lids really sucks at their customer service and I will never order from them again in life, I order a Jersey back on Nove 26 2021 get a shipping order for the beginning of December then a week later that changes to the week before Xmas then that changes to Jan 17 2022 then that changes to feb2022 I'm over the bs at this point give me my money back and you will never get my buisness again a Jersey that was suppose to be a Xmas gift smh pissed to the Max
    I ordered hats that cost $75 bucks and they don't fir. Can't return or exchange them. It such a hassle. Now I have 2 hats that just sit in my closet and look pretty! I DONT recommend them at all!
    I purchased 2 items. A shirt and coffee cup. Items arrived quicker than estimated so I was pleased with that. As it was a gift and I was already late on ordering. However, when my items arrived it was a large box. And when I opened my coffee cup that was wrapped in very little bubble wrap was broken! So much for my gift timing! I went to there site to access customer support and their is computer robots of no help. And only option of returning items damaged is to mail them back and then to be approved and then your refunded! What kind of crap is this. Iailed item back. We will see if I receive a refund. I should have looked at reviews before purchasing anything from the company.
    I purchased a $50 gift card as a father's day present and we went to use it and they said their system no longer accepts their own gift cards. I want my $50 back. We will NEVER SHOP there again.
    I ordered a sweater on Dec 12 as a xmas gift. When they sent a confirmation they said it would not arrive until Jan 19. I contacted them immediately. The customer rep said she could not respond but that someone would get back to me soon. I waited three days and called again. The rep said they would cancel the order and refund my money but that it would take 3-5 days for the credit to appear on my credit card. The following day I got an email saying they could not allow the refund because the sweater was customized. I pointed out that the rep had already agreed to give the refund. If the original rep had cancelled when I requested the customization would not have come up. When I was told I was getting a refund I bought another sweater elsewhere. I am a senior and can't afford to buy another sweater that I don't need because the company did not respond in a timely fashion.
    They want 10 bucks to return a 20 dollar hat. They used to take returns at the store but now they are separate companies. Stay away.
