    No customer service, and quality went down hill big time, bought something on January 14 said it shipped on the 15th still has not moved only a label was created almost 10 days now Fed Ex still has not picked it up, emailed them a few times already and really get no answers, it's sad all the money I spent with Ralph Lauren I will never use this website again rather go through eBay.
    I tried placing an order on their website and tried several cards and all got declined. After spending hours on the phone with customer service, they claimed that the issue was with their third-party processing system, which they have no access to, and told us we will not be able to order anything from their website. This is beyond inconvenient and frankly, they lost me and all my family members as customers. If they do not know how to access their incompetent third-party system, then they are doing a lousy job of managing their own website.
    DO NOT BUY THEIR BED SHEETS or anything else for that matter! Not only are their bed linens scratchy and irritating on the skin, their customer service is terrible. Sent multiple emails asking questions, took weeks to get responses, only to have them tell me sorry that they did not honor or stand behind their products. And basically said tough, you're out of luck unless they have a defect. Greedy company.
    I placed an order for overnight shipment. Never got it delivered. Went back and forth with the store and fed ex. Point is... needed this purchase for a funeral. My mother's funeral. Took public transportation to FedEx and back. Was on the phone with ralph lauren and couldn't even get a provional credit. I called FedEx to ship back to shipper. RL IS NOT RELIABLE! I will not be purchasing from your store again
    I ordered a custom jacket, which comes in a custom carrying bag. The bag is the wrong color, does not match the jacket, and Ralph Lauren is unwilling to correct the issue. They can but will not recreate the bag in the "ordered" color. My advice: DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM ITEMS! This is now an incomplete Christmas gift!
    My husband purchased at the natick mall Massachusetts several sets of your socks. The first set of 6 didn't fit well and would bunch uncomfortably. He still has them but doesn't wear them. Of The second set of 6 technical support socks that fit nicely, 3! Pairs developed holes in the hill. We threw away the first pair. We have pictures of the 2 second pair w holes in one of the socks. We believe those are defective. No place to send a pic. Tried to find a place to email/ post on their many sites. My post above was rejected. Tried to call- the number doesn't accept calls. Not nice.
    I have purchased RL clothing for 40 years. I shop the sales, bc it is otherwise expensive. Bargains can be found. The clothes are consistent in high quality and sizing. They always ship in boxes and returns are painless. Service is first rate. Ordering directly from RL avoids imitations. Still my go to brand for casual to sharp dress.
    I have bought online (South African Polo clothing) on sale dress paid for it, but couple days later found out that order was cancelled however money gone from my account. I have contacted them whole month there is no response no refund. I don't know what to do.
    They say they have free returns, but when we tried to return one of the ordered items, we could not get a free USPS return label. After a little angst, they firmly stated the "UPS Ground label" they provided would work. Well, it didn't. However, when I called them back they quickly resolved the issue with the free return to my satisfaction.
    This just sucks. I got a notice for a limited Tokyo edition release on the Polo app and went on the app to order and to no avail couldn't order nothing cause everything was sold out. These damn bots and people reselling items is messing everything up. Can't even shop online anymore. SMH
    Ordered two sweaters. I got one green polo shirt. Wasted my time shopping, then I had to drive all the way into town to a UPS store to return the thing. Will not order from them again.
    The quality of the clothes is great. Prices are not always affordable. But I really like the style of clothes
    Jacket was too large so I returned it speedily and now discover that having paid a large sum of money my credit will have taken 6 weeks to be returned to my debit card. Advice shop instore and do not purchase anything unless you are sure. Whole experience has been appalling.
    I purchased 3 custom Ralph Lauren collard polo Shirts paid for rush shipping and they still did not arrive for on time. Received shirts the material is so thin that I had to double check to make sure the site I have ordered from at least 3 other times was legit. If I hold the polo up to the light you can see right through it. SMH just to think I spent $150 per shirt. No returns on custom orders so I am stuck with them. Last purchase RL What happened to Quality! This is Ridiculous
    Purchased two pair of jeans and shoes from RalphLauren.com on December 28,2021. Paid for overnight shipping. Received on 12/29. When I received packaged, both pair of jeans were the wrong size. I called and told them I received the wrong items and needed my correct items ASAP as I was traveling for the holidays and flying out the next day. They assured the items would ship me be received the next day. The items didn't ship until the following day. I never received the package until 1/7/2022. Once I opened the box, guess what? Still the wrong size. I called and told them they still sent the wrong jeans. After six days, three disconnected calls, there supervisors and endless hold times, I was advised that both jeans were out of stock. It took two phone calls to initiate a return. I shipped everything back and I received an email from Ralph Lauren confirming they received the package. After four days had gone by and no refund, I called in. I was advised that if my refund wasn't processed by the next day, give a call back in and they would manually issue the refund. The next day comes, of course, no refund. I called, explained the issue, and of course they hang up. I called back and some picks up the line, all you hear was yelling in the background and they disconnect the call again. I called once more and got the original rep and she stated "oh, I clicked the wrong button". I requested for a supervisor. I receive someone by the name of Chris and he advises that he would not manually issue the refund and was advised I was advised they my refund would not be processed for another three weeks. When I say my entire wardrobe is Ralph Lauren; everything from my shirts to socks and shoes. The entire customer service there has gone completely down and it's pathetic. They truly have idiots working and running this company.
    Bought a dress. They delivered completely wrong size. Couldn't return as the sticker had been removed from the document Phoned and phoned could not get through. I am £200 down with a dress in the wrong size. Complete bunch of fraudsters Do not buy from them
    We unfortunately caught RL ripping customers off. We can no longer support the RL name and suggest all followers stop purchasing RL.
    We purchased two clothing items at an outlet store in Clarksburg Maryland on Dec 1st 2019. The items were too small so we tried to take them back for an exchange. We lost the receipt during the holidays and they claimed they could not find any proof of our purchase in their system so they refused the exchange and we were stuck. We went home and found the receipt which had the transaction number. When I called the store to ask them why it was not in their system they told us after the first week in January they wipe out all previous year's transactions. So customers without receipts who did not do a return during the first week in January are SOL! We had been shopping there for years, but not anymore.
    Clothing that are pictured with the polo emblem comes to your home without it. Also, a shirt I ordered showed in the pic the word polo on the bottom right but when it came to my house it was on the back of the shirt
    Ralph Lauren is the ONLY retailer I've returned an item to, who hasn't refunded my money within 2 days of receipt of a $600 pair of jeans. It's going on 9 days and I still haven't received a refund. They can take my full payment at purchase, but they're in no hurry to let go of the money. For this reason, I don't intend to purchase from them again. I must say though, their customer service representative "Brittany" was very nice. Since the COVID crisis began, shopping online is a popular option and unfortunately, you cannot try on clothes in advance for proper fit so they have to be returned.
    Puchased an "in stock" $700 jacket online with "Fast Shipping". Over a week later, still no jacket. I called and was told that they didn't actually have it in stock and it would ship from a store, but no one could tell me when that would be with no way of telling me if I would even get it. Now I have to wait another 48 hours for some one from the store shipping dept. to get back to me because Regular Customer Service has not way other than email of reaching that dept. I expected much better from this high end retailer but they really have poor customer service.
    I called customer service NY men store on Madison Ave store for 3 days days they don't call back and it's not the first time I have been a customer for over 25 years. They think their it other stores complain about them too. The have a attitude and when I called and reached the person was rushing me and extremely rude. Second their product in men's ware and home good extremely diminished. Very poor the clothing are thin and made in foreign countries. And their home goods are very bad not made of the sameway. Their furniture is made from a crappy vendor their crystal and poor quality also frames and silverware. If it's dinner ware, accessories and seving products and their sheets and towels are horrible. Oprah winfrey used to brag about it years ago in here show but now it's made in China or other countries she has not talked about it for years. In addition other private stores that used to carry Ralph Lauren home products no longer carry it. They all told me it's diminished to junk. If you want to buy Ralph lauren home try to find private store that carry their old great products. But it's getting harder to find over time.
    I ordered a size 42 dress and got a size 44 dress on which the ticker says size 42. I was very disappointed because the size didn't suit me, and I think it's a lack of credibility and professionalism for a prestigious and famous brand like Ralph Lauren. I demand that they give me a refund or other dress with the right size
    I ordered a coat online from Ralph Lauren that was way too big when I tried it on. I also decided I didn't like the style. When I called customer service they said they don't do returns if the tag fell off even though I only had it for 3 days! The tag was placed at the base of the sleeve of the coat and came off when I put my arm through to try it on. I was given the run around for a week and finally a manager at a Ralph Lauren store said I could ship it to return at a store that was 100 miles away the manager there said she'd take care of it but I had to pay $20 for shipping and I was assured I would get that money back. Now Ralph Lauren is refusing to give me back the $20 fir the shipping saying I didn't use their label even though they were refusing to return the item. Customer service said management would call me about this but no one has called and it's been over a month! I would not recommend buying anything online from this company!
    Spent £160 on TShirts that never arrived (UPS left them on the doorstep for anyone to help themselves too). Was told to wait 14 "Business" days for a reply. Received no reply, no refund and no TShirts. The amount of money RL charge v the service they provide is a disgrace. This is compounded by previous experiences of wrong items delivered and shirts with rips in!
