I paid extra to have my glasses in '10-12' days. It has not been 15 business days and the glasses are still in 'production'. The company says they will mail them usps as soon as they are drop shipped from their overseas vendor. So I'd guess it'll be another few weeks. If I have known, I would have purchased elsewhere. I really wanted these glasses and sunglasses for my 9/4 vacation :/I unfortunately ordered my new script from Goggles 4U because it showed I'd get my glasses in 2 week's. I ordered 12/16. Customer service is an absolute joke. Most times u get no response and if u do it's the same reply, with NO results. I FINALLY got an email today and it says ANOTHER 10 to 12 days to be delivered. If your needing glasses try Zennia, or Walmart anywhere besides here, trust me you will not be happy.I submitted a review stating that Goggles4you were very uncommunicative and difficult to get hold of and when I did get a reply they offered me a partial replacement instead of full refund. Since then(and possibly since my last review) they have agreed to refund in full. Therefore I have changed my rating for them.The glasses are okay but poorly made. I have purchased many pairs and always had to send them back for numerous reasons. They last for 4-6 months lenses fall out and frames are not secured, arms loosen up and the coating does not last. They only give a 3-MONTH WARRANTY on their CHEAP glasses. People do yourself a favor and save your hard earned money!I have ordered from Goggles4u on a number of occasions now. The delivery might be slower than ordering from the UK but I factor that in when the price is so good. I have spent hundreds in the past on glasses from well known opticians in the UK and these match up. I get the translation lenses and they work brilliantly. My glasses are hammered with use and generally only last a year or so anyway and now I don't have to spend a fortune. Just ordered two pairs for my dad and know they will be amazing. The lenses were loose & twisted at the bridge, & the arms were fitted at completely different angles. You'd need 1 ear 3cm higher than the other for these arms to be right, they've obviously got a picasso picture on the wall in the factory these are made in. They are definitely not made in a lab with any quality control at all. They are cheap, but you don't even get what you pay for...Incredibly impressed with this company. Bought 3 pairs of prescription glasses from them and forgot to put my discount code in. Spoke to them on webchat and they happily refunded the difference, very pleasant staff. Glasses arrived very quickly withing 2 weeks and the quality for the price is great. Will be using them again!I placed an order on 12/12 expecting shipment before Christmas. I have not received them yet, and status still shows PRODUCTION, where it has been since 12/13. This was supposed to take 10 days to produce. Only message they give you is scripted, apologies for the delay, we will inform production etc. I am requesting an order cancellation and refund. I have raised a dispute with Amazon, next step if no response is a dispute with my credit card provider.I have ordered several pairs of glasses and have been pleased with the quality for the price. What I am dissatisfied with is their lack of communication and lack of timely service. I ordered 2 pair July 19,2021. One pair I received last week, 8/18/21. The other pair I still have not received and do not know when to expect them. It is very frustrating. I know they want you to pay extra for RUSH shipping. I think that's uncalled for. Just give normal service.Customer service is horrible. They Do not care about satisfaction. I've bought two pair. Both at and over $60 each with "coupon". Most pairs must pay additional $15 for 2 hour service but takes weeks to arrive. One pair falls off the face and the other I have to wear with cotton balls because of pain behind the ears. Mgmt contacted via email last night and we will see how honest and fair they will be on the 3rd pair.My package was lost (USPS) and despite their refund policy which clearly states you can get a full refund if your package is lost, they will not give me a full refund. They only insist on replacement yet 2 of the 3 frames are not in stock and they only offer frames no more than 6.95 to choose from. The one frame was 12.95 and opaque but they no longer have any opaque frames that are the correct size or look good for that price. When I ask for a full refund they continue to ignore the request so I will now have to file a credit card dispute. This company is shady. Also beware, when you buy upgrades from them they do not show what upgrades you got on your order details nor on the invoice. I would not trust this company to actually give you the upgrades that you paid for.I also, like another reviewer, have shopped with them for years. My most recent purchases were two pairs of glasses. The first being a pair of prescription sunglasses with standard polarised thickness lenses, and the second being glasses with protection from blue light and supposedly the thinnest lens. Imagine my shock when the second glasses arrived thicker than all THREE pairs of glasses in similar frame size and the same prescription, despite the fact they were supposed to be thinner! I'd understand if there were not a large difference in thinness, but the fact that the lenses are thicker than all of my glasses, it's ridiculous. I've been offered a replacement in a style I don't want - after being argued with despite clear photographic evidence that the glasses are not the thinness specified - I've asked for a refund, but so far I'm being ignored. Lost my business for the audacity of calling me a liar even though the photos prove I am not.Frame turned to be not matching the dimension listed, glass build is poor. Asked for a return and never got it.Glasses were wrong could not see out of them, also customer service is super slow, Could not log into my account as password seemed to be wrong enev though it was saved as soon as I registered with them. Password reminders never come to email and yes I check my junk mail as well. Only one email to contact them or just one guy. Phone number is American so no good for me in the UK. Waist of time and money AVOID!Significantly less than Zenn*. I ordered three different pairs of glasses. All were correct prescriptions. Great prices (at least 30% less than zen**) and a year later, the glasses are doing fine. I read the other reviews and personally didn; t encounter any problems. Have purchased twice from Zen* and yes, they are superior customer service, but saved a significant amount with Goggles4U and had no problems. Don't forget to googl* coupon codes before payment.The customer service here is beyond terrible. I've asked for an update 3 times and every response I've gotten is just a copied and pasted, "Your glasses are still in production" email. Since that wasn't fulfilled they offered me a refund paying me back some of the shipping cost. They told me that I would have received my glasses 12 to 21 days after purchase, its now been a whole month. I have sent emails and have had live chats and its always the same excuse or I should be getting the glasses in 3 to 7 days. I've been at them for weeks now. Trying to track the package, says no tracking available. This is my 4th time ordering from them and the last 2 times have been nothing but a disaster. The one before this time, they forgot to put the 4th pair in the package. Had to wait another whole long minute plus shipping cost. Now its taking forever to get my glasses when I tried my best to order it in advance so I would have it for my vacation since the 2 pairs I ordered with them from before broke in less than no time. I am never ordering from this site again and I would advise everyone thinking about it to reconsider. Their customer service is even worse. If your not in a hurry buy from these guys. Because they have excellent choice of frames and their lenses are 10/10. They just need to get their delivering faster/ sorted to alot less time.I have purchased from Goggles4u previously in 2016 and was very pleased with the glasses I had received. I currently put in a new order and the quality and service is very lacking. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and only received 1 pair. They don't answer any of my emails. I pair I received are awful. 1 lens is scratched, 1 arm is bent, the transition reading portion is only blurry, paid for the thinnest lens index available. Booth lenses are of almost identical prescription but they still came at different thickness. I have purchased from a few other online glass stores and by far Goggles4u is the worst of them Very disappointing quality and service. I highly suggest not purchasing from them.
