The store and site will be missed by me. Used to go there when visiting my son and his family. The site was a favorite of mine. Sadly they closed.No Hancock's close to me, but visited when in IL, and the rest is history. This site and the various outlets went over and above when I was looking for a specific fabric last year. I ran out of a fabric while working on a quilt. A local fabric store couldn't help me, so I tried Hancock's site... the fabric was there but showed out of stock. I sent an email and was answered that one of their branch stores had some. I called the number given and was told the fabric had been sold out, but the manager would check on other branches for me... I found the fabric, in the amount needed, on sale, at another Hancock's, all because of one email and several managers who cared. A very happy customer... these wonderful people didn't have to help me, they could have just said they have none and let it end. They went over and above to help someone and it's been appreciated.
