    Don't order from Jerry's Artarama. My brush has wires that are popping out which continue to pop out even with using pliers. I have not duct-taped it. What a shame for such an expensive brush! The customer service wouldn't refund or offer any kind of compensation - just told me to "order another one". Why would I do that? I've decided not to shop with them anymore.
    I wish there are negative fave stars I can rate to their customer service. Whatever you say and you do, all you get is NOTHING. No e-mail answers and phone calls don't go through. The only chat that you can get hold of the person will tell you "wait" no matter how many times you contact. I've been waiting for a bad shipment replacement in the past month and got NOTHING. This is ridiculous and I really don't understand why they are in business.
    This is the second review I've written on Life's Abundance dog food, my girl is now 1 year old and she is and continues to thrive! I've used this dog food 99% of the time and there was a BIG DIFFERENCE when she had another brand (her and her business smelled way worse). I couldn't be happier with the quality and dependability of this product, even the packaging is awesome (pretty sure I said that before as well). From the time of order it takes about 3-4 days to be at my front door and I can honestly say I never regret spending the $$ on this food, it makes my life just that much easier. Stars 100% of the time!
    Jerry's is absolutely fine until you need help with a product you have purchased. Then, GOOD LUCK! I received a box of stretchers with a split stretcher and I am on my second phone call, this time on hold for over 1.5 hour, the first call I gave up after that length of time. I also emailed customer service over a week ago and no response there either. I just don't understand why a company with direct competition like $#*! Blick would allow such poor customer service?
    Shipping is so slow it'll take you about a month to receive. They use basically the slowest and cheapest shipping method possible. Jerry's sent me a coupon for $5 off and 2 free gifts for a $59+ order on my birthday. Cart was over $100+ and coupon kept saying invalid. Contacted customer service and was told that it can't be used on anything that has a dollar sign crossed out... basically EVERYTHING on the site. What a waste of my time totally bait and switch. I will never order from such a stingy company again and their terrible customer service.
    Jerry's Artarama is a complete disaster. May god help you if you order anything from them. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this company like the plague. If they send you damaged stuff, you have to pay out of your own pocket to return it to them. In the meantime, the almost non-existent customer service will be happy to give you the run around. A complete joke of a company. As a working artist, I don't have time for their garbage.
    Original order was April 12. I have had several communications with them since. Last week they emailed me saying they have sent another order. When I requested a tracking number they sent me the same tracking number as the first order that is "lost''. I think Jerry's is struggling and therefore messing up while trying to stay afloat. I have requested a refund. We will see how much integrity they have now.
    I placed an order 13 days ago. I was sent an email telling me that they would send me a tracking number when the order shipped. I contacted them 10 days later and requested a tracking number and they. Sent me one. UPS says the shipping label was made but the item had not been received by. On day 11, I contacted Jerry's letting them know that UPS does not have the package. Day 12 they responded saying it now showed up at the facility. Day 13, UPS tracking says that they don't have the package. I'm not giving up yet. I will give them another day or two before requesting a refund. Sometimes things do get missed in the scab]Ning process but i think 14-15 days is ample time to go ground through a few states. I don't think Jerry would be happy about all of the bad reviews his store is getting and so far, I am very disappointed.
    Made several attempts to speak to customer service last phone call 33 min. No one answers than sent email with photo of damaged item and no response... will never order from them again... company does not care for customer satisfaction. After a week of attempts gave up
    TREMENDOUS VALUE. I had an excellent experience with Jerry's. I ordered some unfinished wood frames, which are way nicer than what I expected. Beautifully built, beautifully packaged and protected. Pre-sanded. Came with hanging hardware. I just stained and applied poly to match my trim. I also bought some Mat backing boards and crystal clear acrylic glazing. Everything got to me at a tremendous price and within about three days of ordering it. It's a pleasure to thank them and i give them and these products FIVE STARS FOR SURE!
    Tried several times to resolve an issue with an order. Filled out the service contact form twice, no response. Went to online help, said to fill out service contact form. Called, waited 1/2 hour and could not get through. Sent email, no response. I am done doing business with this company and suggest anyone thinking of ordering from them to find somewhere else to buy their art supplies.
    If you buy Ecoline Watercolor from Jerry's Artarama online beware. This is how mine arrived. Broken, leaking, shards of glass everywhere. I waited on hold for over an hour with customer service only for them to say they need me to send it back— broken, leaking and all— before they consider a refund or replacement. Why would I send back shards of glass!?!?! The postal service had to put it in one of their large parcel boxes to leave it on my step. The box it came in had no stickers on it to indicate it was glass or fragile. I did send multiple pictures of it to them. Today is day 2: no response to at all.
    I've been buying my art supplies from Jerry's for almost 2 years now and they are without a doubt the best supplier I've ever dealt with. Customer Service is a pleasure to deal with, Ive only had to call them twice and the person that I dealt with, Emily, was pleasant and knowledgeable. The quality of their products are just great. They have a wide selection of art products and two Youtube channels to show you how to use them in fun and interesting ways.
    I bought several hundred dollars of items from this store. Unfortunately they sold me some expensive Kosinski brushes which I used twice. However, I didn't use them within a month of buying them. They are junk. But since I didn't find that out soon enough... well, I can't return them and will only get a small credit back. I don't want the credit... I want some decent brushes. Will never use them again. *** Warning... use the materials right away... otherwise... no returns.
    Received a shipment of acrylic paint and one of the tubes had emptied in the box. I contacted customer service and they asked me to forward photos (see attached). I asked that the entire order be replaced and even offered to return the rest of the order (if they would send a return slip). They shipped a new tube of paint and I'm stuck with the rest of the mess at full price. I feel ripped off and needless to say I will not be ordering paint from them again!
    My problems: a pencil sharpener that doesn't fit pencils larger than standard and broke after 2 tries with a regular sized pencil. It was made of plastic Pencil case: advertised as leather, cheap plastic Pencil: advertised as holding 50+ pencils. You will need to place 2 pencils into the band. Must send pictures for a refund. And... I found the same items cheaper in a local art store and amazon. If you have money to throw in the garbage can, this is the place for you.
    I've been ordering from Jerry's for over 2 yrs. There has only been twice that I've had to call customer service abt a problem and they resolved the problem right away and sent me replacements. They ship usually within 24 hrs. They also have a fantastic art education side with hundreds of fun and informative videos, especially their Jerry's Live series on youtube and facebook.
    They gave me credit for the tape, all is good now. Delite my first review. Brought tape some place else.
    I have been on the phone on hold for 1.5 hours. I sent an email and no response. I did the chat, and the chat person was rude and said I needed to wait till someone reviewed my photo of damaged products. I have ordered several thousands from this company and just this last month I ordered a ton, but when a box came damaged cause they did not insulate the products the gesso was all over all the other stuff. I made the mistake of opening this up in my bed. You can imagine how gesso got all over my bed. Do not order from them. Their customer service is a complete nightmare. I will be disputing this charge. Such a shame cause i had such high hopes for them.
    I received my order and had a problem with one of the items. I called the customer service and was put on hold. I dropped the call after 1hr 30 mins of waiting on hold. I again called back and chose the first option to order instead of customer support. I was again put on hold and after a min, was told that there are 10 customers ahead of me. Its been 30 mins so far, still on hold. Extremely frustrated. Will never buy from them again. I would rather pay little more and buy from $#*! Blick.
    I ordered the wrong paint brush size, and realized my mistake withing 10 minutes. On paypal there was no option to cancel the order. It was Sunday evening, and live chat was closed. The website showed an email addy to use. The paypal order remained unprocessed for several hours. This morning I called Jerrys and they said whoops too late. They claim the order was processed at 5 am, before the email division was open. Live chat could only parrot Jerrys policy. They should be upfront and say there is no cancellation allowed.
    I have been ordering from Jerry's since I have been in college. I have never had an issue with shipping, things have always come individually wrapped and delicate items, from aluminum paint tubes to brushes have always arrived in perfect condition. I can't speak to Jerry's online customer service. I am lucky enough to live close enough to a Jerry's store that I can return anything very easily there. The customer service at the store I visit, is always great.
    Whoever made this display drilled the holes backwards so I had to use glue and duct tape to hold it together. Didn't have time to order another because I was vending a festival in two days. This product was so bad I left it by a garbage can before I left. No stars. Complete waste of my $55
    I order from Jerryartarma about every two weeks due to they have great products and prices. They ship quickly and I've never had a problem with them. The only problem I have is that I can't quit buying paint supplies. Going to need a bigger she she'd to hold all my supplies. Shhh, don't tell my hubby.
    I don't usually give 1 star reviews, I give every chance to make things right before I complain. Very upset with this company. I ordered a frame 4/29, it didn't ship until 5/5 which is fine, I understand the circumstances. It got delayed and I got the package a couple weeks later, which was upsetting but again, I understand the times. When I picked up the package I could hear the shattered glass. I partially opened the package, and yep, shattered glass, a good size shard cut me and I started bleeding. Contacted the company right away via online chat for a refund on 5/18 - they told me to email *******@jerrysartarama.com with photos. The chat agent was less than helpful, but I emailed them as they said. No response. 5/22 Called again, no one picked up, dial just kept ringing. Emailed again yesterday 5/28, no response. The packaging was awful and it's no wonder the frame was damaged and broken. Blick art supplies is a fantastic alternative to this place, there is no reason to waste your time when the company does not give refunds or responses.
    I ordered a 29 detail paintbrush set for $160 and a few other items. The order came today and I got 1 brush from the entire set. I figured it was a mistake so went online to contact the company. I called the 1800 number and no matter what option I choose, the phone goes silent and I can't get a hold of anyone. I tried the chat option and that doesn't work. I went to go leave a review, and it won't let me. I was finally able to find a way to send them a message through their website, but I do not have high hopes. I will never shop here again. This is beyond sketchy...
