This is my first experience shopping for useful tools for a start up. I'm so rusty, it took me several hours to select and review amount the many choices. The site stayed with me, the shopping cart as well, no trauma, went to the kitchen twice, at the end, check out, paid and all is good. I got a bunch of tools I look forward to make money with, for really good price. A real start up story, for this, going back to work weekend. Labor Day, Thank You!The most poor customer service and online sales experience of the pandemic. They do not stand by their product. They either do not reply, stall, or blame the supplier for poorly supplied and faulty products. Not sure if they've changed hands, management or policies but they are very very poor. It has been 2 weeks, dozens of e-mails, mostly unanswered to both StackSocial and their supplier and nothing has happened. The matter is now being escalated on my side to recoup my losses.Forgive me for mentioning... For peace of mind -- It may, if in your wisdom should you agree, perhaps considering UX/UI best practices that the credit card number field after user entry should not appear in plain text as if to send the credit card number open in the wild but instead masked with asterisks, as people are accustomed. Again, humble apologies for my mentioning this. DevSecOps might take it into consideration as a feature enhancement.Purchased on mobile. Overall easy. The shopping cart navigation screen had the entire lower half dedicated to "often purchased with" and checkout functions in a fixed position box that was always there as I scrolled through my cart, which made it challenging to see my actual cart items.I ordered airtaps from stacksocial and unfortunately the product that arrived in the mail did not work. However, I reached out on the support tab on their site for help and they GAVE ME A FULL REFUND! I was given an option by their support representative (replacement/refund) I asked for a refund. They were very helpful and my problem was resolved in a matter of days. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thank you guys! You really outdid yourselves. Update 2/5/20 They mailed me a replacement product after the refund! Im so thrilled! Good people they work, too!Two other Websites I tried to buy this puzzle on, would not let me check out! Searched on Google if there were any other websites selling them and your website was next in line. I found the item, added to cart, entered my info at checkout and placed my order without any problems. Thank you!I'm totally blown away by this shopping experience, (so far). This is something that I will tell my children, mostly during the holidays, birthdays and the occasional vacation gathered around a campfire.
