Ordered some risers. The website advertises a beautiful grained wood. I received yellow wood. No where close to what was advertised. I called and they said that the small words under the picture says "Image may not depict product color, inclusions or accessories." Now im stuck with these ugly risers, or I could pay a 25% restocking fee to return what was falsely advertised. All of the images on their website share the same disclosure "Image may not depict product color, inclusions or accessories." be aware!Use extreme caution - after placing an order online for a $1300 fridge (+$350 shipping) and paying with a credit card, I received an email demanding that I send them a wire transfer for the full amount, plus about $50 extra in fees, or they would cancel the order. The order was placed, accepted and my credit card successfully authorized, and they still demanded an inherently insecure payment method and extra fees or they would cancel the order. BEWARE.We purchased a two oven-6 burner- 24 inch Giller. Both ovens pilots stop performing, ( $2700. 00I called for warranty repair and the service was outsourced to a repair shop in Northern Arkansas which never call to make a service appointment to repair our purchased appliance. I've made several calls to request warranty repairs and I temporarily closed my restaurant awaiting service. I've been closed from August 28,2021 until present because I cannot get professional service repairs to a product under warranty. I'm disappointed with the service repair dispatch. I'm loosing money and employees because we cannot serve our regular menu, which the oven is a big part of our menu preparation. Unhappy Customer!

Make sure you purchase American Products so you will get local serve warranty repair service!Thank goodness I did not follow the negative reviews on here. Ordered a 7200. 00 True freezer for my restaurant. Shipped fast within one day and arrived across the country in perfect condition. Zero issues. Nice job Katom. My experience was great.I placed a order for a Freezer Chest Cancelled the order in July and still NO REFUND. After calling and speaking to someone on 5 different occasions, the results were broken promises that it would be taken care of.
Today August 13,2020 is my last attempt. I am going Public with local FOX6 NEWS Consumer Advocacy Service.
And onto legal representation.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KATOM. I ordered and received a Waring Vacuum Sealer. The unit was well packaged and there was no damage in shipping. It was completely defective and does not work (seals are bad). Waring has discontinued production or this unit due to manufacturing/part problems. I guess Katom sells what is in stock anyway. Katom said they require a $25 restocking fee and that I pay the postage (on a $60 unit) and they would ‘consider' refunding the remaining balance!.This company has very poor customer service as well as several inefficiencies when meeting customer demands. I will suggest boycotting this company especially if there's need of urgent feedback or promp delivery.Purchased a 17 3/4 " wok lid as clearly advertised by Katom; the lid is 17 1/4". I contacted Katom in May and discussed the discrepancy. After numerous phone calls and 80 days later; they replied send back the lid at my cost and 25% restocking fee for their mistake. They are not going to correct the problem and the lid is made in China with a tag stating 17 3/4".I ordered a dicing adaptor kit for my Breville. They charged me immediately. 2 month later, no product. I started calling every week. They do answer with a promise it will be send on Friday Many Fridays later I called for a refund. They said no problem. Refund never came. I called PayPal, my original payment method. PayPall contacted this scam place, they didn't respond at all. I got my money back from a PayPal. Never ever order from those people. You will waist your time.For the second time this incompetent company has botched my order again!(Only received 3 dispenser with NO stands & drip pans but my order was said shipping is complete!) Thought the 1st time was an accident but now I know I can never order from this company again.( that time they stated my order was lost by Fedex) Businesses rely on time and money! They have NO regard for neither on your behalf. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! BUYER BEWAREHorrible Company to deal with - 3rd party shipper. Ordered Mid April, and as of today I am still waiting. Apparently it just arrived to them in Tennessee, and now they have to ship it out to me which they say will take another 3-4 days before I will receive the tracking number as they are experiencing staff attendance issues in the warehouse.
If I wanted to buy overseas on AliExpress and wait 2 months for my product, I would have went straight to the source and saved the extra $100.00. Frustrating to say the leastKaTom's Customer Service Rep took the time to help me find the right ice cream freezer for my vending trailer. I appreciate a quality customer service rep. Thomas, took the time to listen, discuss the pros and cons of what I needed. I have spent 39 years in the customer service industry. Good Job Thomas! Thank You!AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. The customer service is absolutely atrocious, they caused a problem with my order that would result in me having to pay unnecessary fees that they refused to waive. I cancelled the order and will absolutely never be a customer of theirs in the future.First impression you would think you were dealing with a professional company with their fancy web site and all. But you will soon have that sinking feeling of being hoodwinked and your feelings would be correct. Total amateurs, probably would have done better going to a flea market. Just an email, phone call, text anything would have worked. But when you call about why your order didn't all get shipped and there staff tell you lies to comfort you because they dropped the ball, well there you have it.I ordered item which they advertised, the picture was on my order, but sent me another model, twice - separately (I ordered 2 of it) despite my complain after received first of it and the second one must been used, because removed from original manufacture packing and attached back by clear tape. Refused to send free shipping label for return and refund. I have contact customer service at least 5 times or more with no effect. Beware, I do not recommend this business to anyone at all, its loosing money only. Even one star is to much.I buy a pasta basket for $53.99 from their website. On the description show that there is pack of 2 and even confirm with the customer service. When I received the package it only have one in it so I contact the customer service still haven't hear anything back since February 4th.
Deceive consumers! Unprofessional customer service!I ordered a single piece in late September. Still hadn't received it by January 1. When I tried to cancel the order in early January the only response I got (several days later) was that it had "already" shipped. When I called to reiterate that I had tried to cancel the order, the first customer service agent replied that she HAD SEEN that I had tried to cancel the order and even apologized for the mishap. Later reps denied there was any attempt to cancel the order prior to Jan. 10. What a SWINDLE! I don't want to give them even 1 star.I received a damaged work table and missing parts from KaTom Restaurant Supply in January 2021. On January 28,2021, Monica Underwood at Katom offered to send me the missing parts plus a settlement of $150 for the damaged table. I accepted. The missing parts arrived 7 business days later but the refund has never appeared on my credit card. I have called Katom at least a dozen times and while customer service is nice, they are ineffective. Each time they said, we'll send a note to Monica and she'll get back to you. She nor anyone at Katom has tried to resolve the refund issue. Stay far away from this company - they are not to be trusted.Even though the reviews scared me about the return and calling back process I was already getting myself worked up on the call I was about to make. Luckily for me I got Sarah and she was a wonderful help and I hope to make future purchases from them again.I had ordered an item which was I didn't want. I called and spoke to Ms. Parrott and she took care of everything and then called me and let me know it had been completed. This is the type of service that makes everyone feel special. Kuddos To Lyndsey!Place is very nice well stocked but it ends there. The customer service is terrible they don't care very lazy and takes forever to check out very disorganized talk to the manager big attitude the staff members are not that bad but just not well trained! They don't care because they do big Internet sales I'll go from now on to a place that appreciates my business has happened multiple times not just once!Sometimes reading can be helpful but in my case it's different after reading all the negative comments here I feel anxious that maybe my order will not come on time.
