    • 最流氓的海淘外站!没有之一。四个月了都没退我钱,他们自己把包裹寄丢了,我都写了20封邮件,每次都是回复的不痛不痒,到第十封才有一个客服告诉我要我写个承诺说我没收到东西,这样才能调查包裹丢到哪里了。(那他妈的之前跟我说已经调查,却一直没有结果的客服不是在跟我扯淡吗?)自动回复我说48小时给我更新调查结果,又一个礼拜过去了,鸟都没有回。四个月了!!!!!真特么狗东西!太无耻了,自己快递丢了找快递公司赔不就行了吗?扣了我的钱一直不退给我!!!我再特么买LF东西,我就是狗!

      不过要有心理准备,欧洲的回复速度都较慢

    • 在LF上买过几次,丢过1次。很无耻的是,他们的系统上明明显示已签收,但是就是没有收到货。快递追踪显示货物是在端午节期间到的,强烈怀疑邮包不知道被快递小哥扔到了哪里。

      之后和LF的客服发邮件投诉,前前后后吵了给有一个月。这期间,姐几乎是每隔2天就要写一次投诉信,写作水平急速上升,每次邮件都是洋洋洒洒好几大篇,最终算是把钱退回来。


      LF在退款方面真心比asos差。丢过几次ASOS的包裹,要求他们退款,几乎是第二天就退钱了。偶怀疑东西根本没丢,就是被卡在海关,所以他们很痛快。

    Did not ship either package for sure because it says they split my order into two separate shipments neither of which arrived though it says it did! Contacted Canada Post they said my name or address isn't even in the system for any parcels Spent hundreds. Have attached pictures of screenshot of tracking as well as order notice. I have no reason to lie about not having received shipment. Thieves. Liars. Cons.
    Do not use them as if you do not choose to track your order at checkout which is more expensive as I thought choosing standard delivery was enough you will not receive your order and their customer service tell you they have no way of tracking it with Fed Ex. Very disappointing and I haven't been offered a refund or store credit though asking for one as it wasn't a small amount I paid. Customer services says politely they are terribly sorry but can't help Do not use
    Their customer reactions and response is timely. I have been messaging with them for 2 full weeks back and forward about my problem with their order. Un-heard-of! They do the bare minimum and wouldn't give me the refund they promised after they sent me broken items, some were really dirty and unhygienic - which was totally unacceptable. I will NOT buy from them again thank you very much. They could do better... - The very unhappy customer.
    When my parcel arrived from Look Fantastic it was soaked in shampoo due to poor packing of my order. I therefore sent the shipment back and filed a complaint that has been pending for weeks. Today, almost a month later, l am still waiting for my products that I payed for on Black Friday. I have urged customer service to resolve the issue by simply replacing the damaged products that was returned to them. I'm sorry to say that their level of service is terrible, which is a shame since their product range and offers are good.
    My order shipped December 25 and wasn't received until January 15th (to Canada)- I emailed them January 5 and they said my order was lost then the next day said it wasn't and I had to wait 8 days. It ended up arriving after the 8 days but I got my package. One of the products was sticky and full of residue but the other two were good. Customer service is weird but besides that, I had a pretty good experience considering shipping was during Christmas holidays. They also charged me for shipping when they said it would be free.
    Very bad customer service. They sent the package with wrong information, and they took 20 days to reply to my email. The items are damaged in transit and they didn't refund me until today. I recommend everyone to stay away from this website, if what you are looking for can be found elsewhere (like Amazon), go to the other websites.
    Cancelled beauty box months ago but keep being charged for boxes I don't want! Even if I did nothing is arriving. I cancelled for a reason cos it's rubbish, also BEWARE! They also own GLOSSYBOX!     Ordered a lipstick I've worn for years. It came in similar packaging, however when comparing the shade of the lipstick I was sent to the lipstick I purchased previously from the manufacturers website the shades do not match. When I send pictures and asked for a refund, I was told the company needed to "investigate". Shady and unethical website. False advertising and misleading marketing tactics. Fake Stila products.
    Read the Reviews they are Scam bought reviews. Check the REAL Facebook reviews in the comments. Waiting 3 weeks for my order, they say they can't refund as it s out for dispatch but can't provide any evidence of this. Be very aware if you purchase from here like 100' s of people you won't receive your product or a refund. You will be fobbed off on email and online chats.
    I placed an order on Look Fantastic three weeks ago. Although the order never shipped, is not even in the process of shipping, and despite my requesting at least 4 times that they cancel the order, they are holding on to my funds. The parent company is having financial difficulty and it seems they are trying to artificially pump up their revenue-- at the expense of anyone foolish enough to place an order with them. When you think about it, it's a great business model: take money, never ship the product!
    The company received my return item on July 21st. The company claims that they did not but my tracking number shows they did. Utterly dishonest, shameless people who should not be allowed to run the business. I feel I will not get a refund for their faulty product nor for the postage and extra for tracking! Worst company ever, beside the Chinese ones.
    As others have mentioned, they will make you wait weeks for your order and you will not receive the items. Not only that, they also won't respond to your customer inquiries and there is no number to call in order to follow up on your refund. Truly astonishing customer experience. Do not shop here - pay the price elsewhere - it's not worth their measly promotions.
    It's true that they can split your order into different parcels (which can be dispatched and delivered on different days), which is not very convenient. However, I got everything I ordered, it was okay, not broken or anything. If you would like to get tracked delivery, you need to spend more money (or pay for the tracked delivery). This website is nothing special really, but at least there can be good discounts from time to time.
    Bad experience with the company's customer service team. Charged me for additional taxes including admin fee by the courier firm to deliver to me, and refused to reimburse me. Never buy from them again! The customer services team should be named " NO SERVICE" team!. Their responses are always come across cold, even got my name wrong. And they only use "Standard Phrases" to reply you. Terrible Experience..
    The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They shipped only half the items in order even though they claimed to have sent all the items. 7 out of 14 received. The package was in blue plastic bag. No wrapping. All the items were broken or damaged. Their customer service is unbelievably stupid and incompetent. Asked questions like did some of the items get accidentally delivered to a neighbours house even though I had used the click and collect service. I had to repeat my message 4 times and they came back with nonsense replies. Not sure if these guys are just extremely stupid or scammers but the outcome is the same.
    Honestly I never write reviews but I have had such a terrible experience, others should be aware if they have issues, they will be treated as if that's their fault. My item arrived after 21 days despite tracking saying it would be delivered in 6, item had damaged and crumpled packaging, product looked like it had been crushed in a door and no apology. I understand issues can happen, now more than ever but the attitide is just terrible, Cult Beauty or Cloud10 beauty treat customers a million times better. So disappointed.
    First time using this company. Was referred by a friend. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Signed up for notifications, received none and never received my items. Tried contacting customer service but conveniently their phone lines were down so it's been back and forth emails giving the runaround. A complete waste of $200.     ! Do not buy anything from these con artists! This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received from a business! 20 days since I've ordered and still nothing! No response to emails! Facebook message reply telling me I'm not the name on the account when I paid for it myself? All I want is the items I ordered or a refund! Once again do not buy anything from here as you will not receive it!
    Believe me no matter how much you want some product just avoid this e-commerce. They use the worst courier service in the world. My parcel has been stuck since 15 days apparently for no reason. I have to now soon leave India without my product and 6000 Rs. Wasted on a bull$#*! of a company. Please please dont use this site. Even 1 rating is too much
    Dont order from them! The customer service is useless. I have made an order 3months ago but never received it. I have been sending them messages every week and the only answer they come back with « sorry we did not get any update from the courrier ». In addition they keep ignoring my reimbursement request.

    I have received two orders from look fantastic. Both orders were just tossed in a box, no wrapping or padding. Both times the products leaked all over the box which fell apart on delivery. And there is no way to contact customer service.
    Terrible customer service… basically non-existent. Dealing with them due weeks, no resolution. They are just copy-pasting their reply. I'll never ever ever use them again.
    AVOID! NOT RECOMMENDED! I made made an order on May 6th for huge package of cosmetics and for now (May 19th) I received only few of them. The delivery should be in 3-5 working days. Wrote several times to LOOKFANTASTIC to check the delivery nad finally to cancel my order due to such a delay in delivery but without any response. Not recommended at all, awful experience. Two weeks later I still didn't have my products and money
    Horrible. This company is a scam. Sends you faulty products, and when you've returned them, leaves you hanging with your refund. You literally have to beg to even be given updates. Avoid at all costs. For the record, was given the round around and ended up conversing with different reps namely Mica, Ciara, Brad and Jennifer, and none were actually helpful. Also, please note this company likes to disguise itself as being based in a certain country (SG, IN etc.) but it's actually based in UK. Again, avoid at all costs
