Did not ship either package for sure because it says they split my order into two separate shipments neither of which arrived though it says it did! Contacted Canada Post they said my name or address isn't even in the system for any parcels Spent hundreds. Have attached pictures of screenshot of tracking as well as order notice. I have no reason to lie about not having received shipment. Thieves. Liars. Cons.Do not use them as if you do not choose to track your order at checkout which is more expensive as I thought choosing standard delivery was enough you will not receive your order and their customer service tell you they have no way of tracking it with Fed Ex. Very disappointing and I haven't been offered a refund or store credit though asking for one as it wasn't a small amount I paid. I'm sorry to say that their level of service is terrible, which is a shame since their product range and offers are good.My order shipped December 25 and wasn't received until January 15th (to Canada)- I emailed them January 5 and they said my order was lost then the next day said it wasn't and I had to wait 8 days. It ended up arriving after the 8 days but I got my package. One of the products was sticky and full of residue but the other two were good. Customer service is weird but besides that, I had a pretty good experience considering shipping was during Christmas holidays.
