I ordered boots for 90£ and they took the money then never dispatched the boots. After a long wait I emailed secret sales and they ignored me. Thank fully I had paid using PayPal, so I raised a refund request with them and PayPal got me my money back the same day. Without PayPal, I think I'd have lost my money entirely. Don't use SecretSales, it's not reliable or safe.My parcel was left on the floor in the street somewhere. When I finally asked when it was arriving, they said it was delivered & I needed to fill out a form. After waiting sometime for the form. They then it was to late to do anything. As well as battling with Covid I'm now £94 out of pocket because they think its acceptable to leave a parcel just on floor. I dont have a garden or safe place anywhere.I purchased items that never arrived and so after making enquiries have found out that the items will not be arriving. They assured me of a full refund via email correspondence, I have been waiting for this full refund for over a month now and they just do not respond to any emails! Absolutely appalling customer service, they just don't respond and they still haven't given my money back. The most annoying thing is there is no phone number to contact!You can only make contact with this company via email, they promise a response within 24 hours... it doesn't happen. Order still showing as processing, no tracking and no response to my emails requesting information of my order's whereabouts. Anyone that doesn't receive refunds should not just leave a bad review on this site but take action, as I shall be doing. Pursue this company for acting fraudulently and do not simply accept that you have lost money. They need to understand that their company will be ultimately found out; their unscrupulous way of doing business will be uncovered.Ordered my daughter some trainers they arrived and were too small so looked at returns policy and I had to pay I also don't have a printer so went onto live chat to get a response of well that's not our problem I said well I'll just chick £32 away then she then replied okay! Absolutely ridiculous having to pay to return something I've never had to before so I've literally had to throw them away as you can't even exchange them won't be shopping on there again!Despite receiving and signing for my return there has been no response regarding my refund! Emailed to ask where they were, was sent an email as the business had been put into administration by the owners. They relaunched the business the next day with the same name, no refunds no goods. This business behaviour is an insight as to what kind of leadership this company has. It arrived after Christmas, despite ordering over 1 month prior to Christmas. I dont use my bags that often, perhaps once or twice a week maximum, and the handle of this bag is in tatters. Makes me think its not authentic as another Michael Kors bag I have is older, used more and in far better condition. I wouldn't recommend using this company at all. They gave me a small voucher as a gesture of goodwill' due to the delayed delivery. I bought some underwear as its all the voucher covered and I wasnt willing to add my own cash to boost the value, and it fell apart after 1 wear. Ridiculous, better quality at Primark.First of all; the boots that I received have clearly been used by someone else before and sold to me as "NEW"! Returned them straight away on the same day with post PAID BY ME (tracked and signed for). I can see that the boots were received on the following day. TWO WEEKS later still waiting for a refund! ALL my emails were ignored and there is no phone number to speak to a person! THIEVES! You MUST give me my money back!I have not used this site before and was a little cautious as to how it would be, good or not so good. However it was excellent. Helpful staff over payment, excellent slippers, well packed and have no problem in using it again.I bought few items 4 months ago, they cancelled my order after waiting to receive them for about 2months. One item never arrived and under there sight it says delivery in progress. Given it has been sometime I reached out to them to see what had happened only to find out not only I am not getting this item but also I am charged for it where they are not taking any responsibility for not delivering.Ordered a bag from here, the same quality as the official site it would of came from, very happy only thing I will say is I ordered a black bag that was ment to be red inside but came black inside, loved it so kept it. Trustworthy site.They have gone into administration (again). However it would seem that, as is quite a common practice with fraudsters, the people who have taken over are directly linked with the old company. Unfortunately on our return, and realising the 14 day caveat, I contacted SecretSales to see if they would allow an extension, given the time of year and circumstances, as i'm sure most people buy Christmas gifts ahead of time. To Quote - Unfortunately you are now outside of the 14 day returns period meaning we can no longer accept the return. Our returns policy is clearly stated on our website. Furthermore instructions on how to create the RAN to return your order was available on your SecretSales account. A very indifferent No. There was no compromise, no attempt to assist. I contacted them many times via email they never respond. I tried calling them and their customer representatives are mostly "unavailable". I managed to speak to 1 rep ONCE and she said that out of the 10 items in my order they could only fulfill 2. I said OK just send me my 2 products and refund the rest - she said that's been done for you now. Weeks later - still NOTHING from them. No products, no refunds, and no responses to emails or calls. This date passed and I'd heard nothing so I emailed their customer service team who told me there was a delay and gave me a new date. I chased this more than 5 times - each time requesting an update and that my postage and packaging cost be refunded. I received vague replied and no acknowledgment of the P&P refund. I chased this again recently to be told, 14 weeks after I placed my order, that they were unable to fulfill the order and had given me an online credit to cover the cost. As I will never order from them again I have asked for the money to be refunded to my card instead. Wouldn't recommend Secret Sales at all, especially when other website e. G brandalley have had the same item available since and I've never had an issue with them.I was worried when I first ordered online with secret sales as I'd read various reviews! However everything ordered has been brilliant, a bargain and arrived within days!I bought few items and they didn't delivery. After 2 months they said that they didn't do delivery to Ireland anymore. But in the website was saying that they do the delivery to Ireland. After all the bad customer support they did the refund in many parts. After 3 months aí still with the money to receive back. Definitely one of the worst company.
