I bought a dress from them for £250. The size was wrong so returned it to them via the returns address on their selling site.
It's taken since August to try and get any information out of them. When I disputed it with PayPal the Outnet claimed it wasn't their address. Their email address doesn't work either and neither does their phone number or customer service contact email. I've lost my money. Don't get caught out. They are a very poor company. Read the negative reviews.I ordered a dress from the Outnet as a potential wedding dress in the knowledge that I could cancel, return and get a full refund as per their promise. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund and am unable to purchase an actual wedding dress because of this. The Outnet have been completely unresponsive to my emails. I am absolutely devastated by this experience.I was buy some things in outnet; it was in way for delivery and already in my country on custom; in these time someone from workers outnet make request to back delivery for Italy( why he do it nobody not explain); after I write outnet mail, I write them in live chat( it one way to speak with them), because other they ignore; I don't receive my order; and nobody even don't try sent it again; Avoid these site because it scammers!As a regular customer I am disgusted with their change in service levels and customer care, still trying ti return an order from 17/12, has been returned 3 times to me already and they refuse to answer my emails, as for calks, I'm now on my approx. 10th call, been holding for 30 mins so far, last night it was an hour! Company is not legit, don't go near themThey had an additional 30% discount on selected items, there were two items that clearly were marked with the 30% promotion but somehow it wouldn't apply in the cart when I reached out to the company, they took them off of the selection instead of honoring the 30% discount. I don't shop from them often, I sometimes find them a lot more expensive than the current season selections. I ordered the above order over 2000 pounds in January.
I never received this delivery on time and requested return before I had to travel back to China from UK for work. After rounds of communication they could not recall the order in time resulting in a huge delay in the refund order being issued. Now the return is confirmed and still no one issue me the refund. Nobody seems to be able to resolve the problem and they have no complaint facility over internet. Their customer services don't seem to care.The Outnet sent my $4,000 order to the wrong address, refused to correct it and has taken over 1 month without any refunds. They sent me a new fake tracking number 3 weeks ago and I haven't received any response from them. Absolutely avoid shopping here!Appalling level of service. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is found and they have an undefined complaints process. Utterly shambolic ‘service'Despite most of the reviews being negative I thought I'd chance it since they had a 70% off sale. Received my order relatively quick through DHL but the pants seam were ripped (I suspect from someone getting the zipper stuck and tried to brute force it). The dress was not damaged but had marks (some gross person wiping their nose on it I think). Based on the reviews about their nightmarish return process I think I'll avoid returning and eating the loss. Lesson learned will not order from them again.Bought 2 items over $400, $70 t-shirt had a hole in the back, would not exchange and offered me a lousy $7 discount for a shirt I cannot wear! Terrible Company!Let me be clear. I absolutely love this site. They have a great trend assortment plus pieces you can't always find on other sites. That is why I was so disappointed when I recently made a return to them to find that I was only partially refunded. When inquired; Outnet replied stating they didn't receive certain items in my return parcel when they were clearly labeled and packaged in the box. Now I'm out over $150 on an item that looked terrible on me and that I didn't even keep. The phrase "the customer is always right" doesn't seem to apply here, and instead I'm losing money for no reason because their returns department doesn't know how to be organized.
I am extremely frustrated!Delivery promised on the Monday, emails promising on UPS trucks Monday, Wednesday and Friday! I called them on Thursday and they said no way is it coming today but Friday! Ten minutes later it came - Thursday! UPS didn't know when it was coming and the OUtnet simply didn't care one way or the other. They are awful people. They have "lost" my refund, there are no updates from July, and the blocked me and don't send money back! I'm from Moscow, 240euroI ordered 2 items (a bag and a pair of shoes) and because the total reached a certain amount, I was charged tax for them, which I accepted. They canceled the shoes without telling me ahead of time, and proceeded with the sale of the bag. But the tax they charged was for BOTH the shoes and the bag! I've returned the bag with the assurance that they will refund the cost of bag along with the tax they collected. Now they're refusing to refund the tax. Mind you, this is tax for both the bag and shoes--the sale of the shoes did not even push through because they cancelled it themselves. WHAT A SCAM.I received a damage dress, the last one in stock, and enquired about whether they would pay a seamstress invoice to enable me to repair and keep this. They offered a damage refund of 15% which, barely even covered the cost, but after deciding I'd like to proceed with the discount, have been ignored 4 emails and one phonemail later. The guy on the phone literally sounded so shifty and unknowledgeable, he just kept saying "yeah yeah you'll hear today" - so weird and there's definitely something dodgy going on. DO NOT BUY FROM THE OUTNET, OR AT LEAST EXPECT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN.I'm really in chock. I've been a loyal customer for many many years. In January 2020, I made a big order and I also refunded a lot back to them. The Outnet received all the clothes back - and I was supposed to get a refund to my credit card, of course.
However, I still did not get any refund and they cannot provide me proper proof that they did the refund. It's more than 3,000 euro. A LOT of money.
I really hope they will step up and do the refund, but so far I really doubt.
So I you are planning to buy from them - don't expect to get your refund for clothes that you refund!I have not got my refund for 4 returns starting from September. They keep lying to me. When the package arrived it was VERY light (the dress was an Herve Leger so it's quite heavy) and the package was way too small to even hold a dress.-so I videotaped myself opening the package. Spoke to customer service and they had me send it back-got an email them confirming they received it back-yet wouldn't answer any emails when I asked when the dress was going to be shipped. I called repeatedly and would be on hold for 30-60 minutes and then disconnected. I filed a claim with PayPal-and now OUTNET said I sent them back an empty package! The package was sealed AT the UPS store, by a UPS employee under my supervision.Bought a garment 27/11 and it has left Italy but still in transit to Hong Kong. Still no email about delivery date and postage $20. A bit steep for something that would fit in a really small post bagI have had a nasty experience with this company: I returned goods and asked for a refund, they failed to do so and mistakenly resent me the goods. I complained and they only credited my account with them. This is against UK law and, having spoken to other friends, the new modus operandi for this company.Ordered an item, last size available was in my size. Received (late) and it's a size bigger than listed?! Tried messaging them about this, getting nowhere.
I purchased from them a few years ago, and had an awful experience, they obviously haven't improved their customer care. I should have realised, and not ordered from them again!A very long time ago, I shopped on The Outnet and my experience was fine so I didn't think twice about shopping on the site again in early December. I ordered a pair of pants that didn't fit the way I was hoping so I returned them. They received my return Dec. 23rd and still haven't processed it. I have emailed twice and both times received BS responses that really didn't have anything to do with the return not being processed. I'm going to have to dispute this with my CC. I took screen shots of my account on their website that proves they received the item. This is ridiculous. I will never buy from them again and I made sure they know that (not that they care).I have recently ordered three items on THEOUTNET.com which were all delivered to me in the same package. Within a few days, I have returned all three items in the same packaging via courier however only received a refund for two out of three items. The refund was received on 1st of October 2021 i. E. more than a month ago. It has now been almost 5 weeks, and despite constant chasing I have not been able to get any response from them. They simply ignore my emails, which is utterly unprofessional and I consider this a daylight robbery. The item was clearly lost somewhere either in transit or in their warehouse, however I should be issued the full refund regardless as I have followed the correct returns procedure, so I am essentially paying for their mistake. I consider this a theft and I am absolutely appalled by the lack of due diligence or care from the customer service. The customer service have absolutely no clue of what is happening and the company as a whole does not care for their customers in the slightest. OUTNET is a great company, until you run into issues, as they will never be on your side and will be unapologetic about their absolute lack of professionalism.This is a scam company! I returned an item and received store credits instead of an actual refund to my credit card. Subsequently when I tried to use the credits, I found that I could not use them at all. Called the customer service team at their hotline and this Fjoralba woman hung up on me multiple times! She didn't seem interested in what I had to say about the store credits as well. Received an email from them saying that it was due to a rare technical error and that my credits will be available for use soon. It's been weeks and I still can't use the credits for any items which I've added to my cart. I've spent thousands with the company and this is how they treat their customers. Buy at your own risk.The OUTNET is a terrible retailer.
My order has not arrived after 6 weeks. Customer service terms state delivery in 4-6 days.
I have emailed customer service 8 times with no reply. I have called customer service 4 times and told they are investigating the matter and will call me back. They have not called back. Twice they have blamed DHL. Each time I called DHL to check and they confirm the order has not been collected and is still with OUTNET. Another explanation: there was a typhoon and finally: DHL blamed again. The OUTNET is not taking any responsibly, has refused to refund me. Has refused to refund me and re issue the item, that is in stock. Has refused to hold a replacement while I await an outcome.
