I placed an order on 9/7/2021 and was scheduled to receive on 9/10/2021. This was later changed to 9/15/2021 (today). Its again changed to 9/21/2021. On contacting UNTUCKit, they are blaming UPS. I have no sale contract with UPS. This is my first time purchase from UNTUCKit... utter disappointment. I will promptly return the items as soon as I receive them, if ever.They have a great hook. Their customer service is virtually non-existent! They are an e-commerce company that takes at least 10 days to deliver their product. Its been two week since I put my order in. They blamed UPS... said there was a scanning issue. I deal with UPS every day. When asked UPS was unaware of any problems.
In summary Untuckit asks all the money for their product and deliver inferior product. I suggest you buy your shirts on sale at Joseph Banks, have them tailored perfectly!Lots of sizzle but very little steak. I bought three shirts from this company and each was of marginal quality. I actually like the "George" line at Wal-Mart and believe that these garments, from UnTuckit, emulate them quality wise. I noticed no appreciable difference, length wise, between the two. Spending almost $200 for three shirts may work for some, and I thought I'd try it once, which I did, but shall never make the same mistake a second time.I received a shirt for Christmas. Turned out to be the wrong size. The box and shirt were put aside as I tried to get the information needed to try and exchange for a larger size. Then life goes by as I wait for the information from my 75 year old mother. So, today I tried to set up a exchange and the web site says it is past 40 days a won't allow me to exchange. It's not like I am looking for a refund! Very dissatisfied.I had a salesperson help select the size for me in a store. Within one month, my elbow went through the shirts, even a sweater. Don't waste your time with this garbage product. I thought I'd be getting reasonably good quality for $99 per shirt. No such luck. Cheaply made, imported garbage, probably made with slave labor.I've tried to forgive the incompetence this company exhibits but at this point it's not possible. After messing up my order, sending it to the wrong address, not mitigating the issue, and now blatantly ignoring my emails with customer service reps, I've had enough. It appears I'll never get my $200 back, or the products that they never sent.We use Untuckit to outfit our sales staff, and for the company professional racing team. The variety of fits available make it work great for everone and we've been very happy with the quality. Untuckit staff have been wonderful to work with and we highly recommend!I wrote to untuckit about a shirt that had worn prematurely. All I wanted was a replacement and all I got was the run around. Too bad for them. I had been a good customer but no more. Sent them several messages but they obviously couldn't care less. Lots of other places to do business.I get it. The shirt is made to not be tucked in but they look like you're wearing a shirt that's too small!Great idea fir a shirt. Quality and styling fine, but they are TINY. If you need a large, you better buy an xxl. I don't know if they're skimping to save money, or they think everybody is emaciated.

They have no customer service and deliver a product that will not fit and do not care about getting it right. I purchased a shirt using their online fitting guide. What a mistake! The shirt I received was at least two sizes too small. And the worst part of it all is that they will not take returns. It was a $55.00 shirt I bought in good faith and they will not allow me to return it. They will only issue an "in-store-credit" which means you get to pick out another shirt you are pretty sure will not fit you. I cannot believe these guys advertise as a small "American" business and do not care about hard working American customers. I am a teacher and I cannot afford to make a mistake when I buy something. I just thought all businesses would allow returns. NOT this store. And I made this as a Christmas present to myself to wear at my family dinner. Now I am stuck with a shirt that will not fit even most 15 year old boys. This company has a poor business model. Please save yourself a ton of money and hassle. Go with a company that allows returns for real.Ordered three shirts exact same size. One so small could not button. One was too tight. The other was just OK.
Sizing is not consistent.
Untuckit did not respond to my TWO emails.I bought a shirt for my husband online and right out of the shoot the online experience was horrible. Maneuvering around on the site was miserable to say the least. It gives you a first time discount but wouldn't let me enter it in so I had to contact customer service, another waste of time nightmare! Finally got the discount and they charged my card and waited a week for the shirt. The shirt didn't fit so I returned it the next day. Just received an email saying they received it back but I do t get my money back for 10-15 business days! Funny, they didn't wait that long for me to pay them!
This company is a waste of time people! Customer service is eh and the product is even more mediocre. Save your money and shop locally fir a better deal, less hassle and free returns! I'll never buy here again!Way overpriced. Material was thin and cheap. Sizes are not even close. XL Henley was 6 inches short on the arms and I could barely get it on. Avoid and keep searching.Best shirts in the game. Online shopping made EasyWhile I was perusing through their website, I came across a solicitation to sign up for membership and the hook was they would provide an additional 20% off the purchase, so based on this I decided to sign up to take advantage of that offer. Based on the additional 20% off I proceeded to buy hundreds of dollars of shirts, which took essentially forever to arrive. Much to my surprise, the 20% additional discount wasn't subtracted from the purchase. When I called to inquire why The discount wasn't applied, I was told they don't apply a discount to a discounted item. Nowhere does it say that, when you sign up. Suffice it to say, that was very misleading, and deceptive. As a matter of principle, I have sent back every item yesterday and will never do business with them again, I suggest you consider the same. Ironically, even without the extra 20% discount, I would have ultimately purchased the shirts anyway. They lost a customer just to fulfill the need to get my email address so they can Inundate me with promotional emails. Good luck if you choose to do business with them.I ordered a GiftCard on December 17th. They said it would be delivered by December 25th. I opted for a physical GC opposed to a digital GC, because the person receiving the gift likes tangible gifts. However, It is now January 3rd and I still do not have the physical GC because they have not shipping it out.
On December 28th after no shipping or tracking updates, I did request a refund for shipping that was $20, and requested them to process a digital GC instead.
I received the $20 shipping fee back, but still have not been issued a GC. I spent $150. This has been a terrible experience and the person I ordered for keeps asking me when they will get their Christmas present. Its a GC this should not be that difficult. I am embarrassed because the person waiting on their gift probably thinks I'm lying about the GC.Eric has been one of the worst employees I have ever dealt with. I first order a shirt from a store here in Colorado. The shirt was not in stock so an employee ordered it online for me. I followed the order via UPS and it was then given to USPS and then USPS sent the item back to the sender. I called and spoke with Janice who was very helpful and saw that it was returned and offered to send out another one. Another shirt was on its way. On 12. 20. 19 it showed via the UPS website that the shirt was delivered. I saw the UPS truck and no one delivered a package to my door. I do have the ring doorbell and check and no delivery were made but you can see the truck did come to the neighborhood. I called UPS and they said I had to open an investigation and they would look into this and that they will let the sender know. I called Untuckit customer service line and was connected to Eric. I explained the situation to Eric letting him know that UPS should be contacting them regarding the investigation and if they could let me know that status. Eric asked for the item number. I did not have the item number but did have the tracking number. In the rudest tone back he said well, that does not help me and I need the item number. That did not sit well me and I told him to hold on and I will get it. I got the item number and the next thing he said well it looks like they all ready sent another shirt out. I told Eric yes, after I all ready told you that. I explained I just wanted to let you know that UPS has an open investigation and I just want to know what is going to happen and to keep me updated. Eric I hear starts reading the notes and says again in a condescending tone I'm not sending you another shirt because we all ready sent you one. I asked to speak to another employee because him and I were not speaking clearly to one another. Eric refused to send me to another customer service representative. Eric continued to ask me questions that I have all ready answered multiple times. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. Eric then put me on hold. Eric then got on the line and said that he will put my name and phone number in and a supervisor will contact me. That was on 12/20/2019. I have yet to have anyone call me regarding my shirt, UPS or the way that I was treated. I email cusotomer service through online stating I would like to speak to a supervisor and Eric emailed me back. I reached out on 12/28/2019 to the main store in new york and a customer service rep took my complaint down and stated he would forward my complaint and that his store was right next to the corporate office. I love the shirts but if this is how Untuckit allows their customers to be treated I want no part of this company and will stop giving my money to this type of business.I love everything about untuckit! I'm obsessed with the shirts and how versatile they are and the customer service is above and beyond!I really like the shirts and would give them 5 stars however, the majority are made in China hence the lower rating. I do not want to buy any products made in China. Bring back the made in USA shirts. I will pay more for them!Actually surprised at the poor reviews. I have purchased several different shirts as well as the vests, and I can tell you the for and quality are excellent. The long sleeve shirts are a bit too long so that is accurate, but the craftsmanship and materials is very good to excellent on this brand.My son sent me a link for a Christmas idea and I ordered this dress shirt the day after Thanksgiving. They immediately sent me an order number and tracking information but several weeks out the shirt never shipped. It took a little bit to reach customer service but once I did they immediately researched on their end and kept in daily contact with me. Not sure what happened to the original order but they made it right by shipping the exact shirt I ordered very quickly and in time for Christmas. My son loves their shirts!These are great quality products. However, when you buy online, they do not make returning products easy. Having spent several hundred pounds on their rather expensive products, I would expect returns to be free. (They are for customers in the USA) I recently had to return an item that was slightly too big for an exchange. The returns procedure is cumbersome and expensive to the customer. Guys you need to revisit this policy for UK customers if you want them to remain loyal.I have now ordered several items at different times from Untuckit. Unfortunately several items have been sold out. Untuckit has done what they can to resolve these issues. I find that they do care about their customers and will do what is right to retain them.
