    Made two large orders for shoe that never shipped. Finally after a week they send bogus tracking numbers which show the packages were NEVER turned over to UPS. Calling them is a joke as a they a recorded message making an excuse why there's no live agent to speak to. E-mailing them is like trying e-mail the POTUS, you can forget it... they ignore your e-mails. It's amazing how quickly they charged my card and stole my money but never sent a thing and they quickly become inaccessible.
    I would give them negative stars if I could. Ordered my damn shoes to finally have en email stating "Good News" your package is on it's way. Here is the tracking#. I clicked and I been having the same automatic response message "Your tracking information will be available once carrier provides information." Then the damn tracking # just disappeared. I called a hundred times and mfs say they are only communicating through email. I sent 10 emails with no response! PISSED!
    The actual website is deceiving considering the stock list. The instagram is RIDDLED with complaints from people as well as the reviews. OTHERWISE the retail location is totally fine. Needs to get the online aspect all together.
    I ordered a pair of OG adidas sambas on Friday 11/8 435pm online. I noticed on Monday 11/11 ups link just said label created but not shipped. I research the Footaction company and saw all bad reviews and I was not happy. But I was like don't freak out and 11/11 is veterans day and I ordered late on Friday... any way I got the package on Tuesday 11/12 at 2pm which was less then 4 days and Im happy with the product. Its a legit and real and my experience was fine.
    I was so scared to buy shoes from here, but i'm so glad i did. I got the nike mid 77 blazers and amazing! They fit perfectly, not used, great condition, and exactly what i ordered! NOT TO MENTION they came a week early so i was so happy for that. I will probably be buy shoes from here again. We had absolutely no problems at all and i got updates on my email and exactly when it came and i couldn't be happier with my purchase!
    Okay i ordered May 8 free shipping 5-6 days cool May 15th i get a email saying "get ready your Footaction order is on the way" but it had no tracking # it had me click the "track your package" and it took me to lady footlocker with no details. This been like this since May 15th their not answering the phone nor my emails i am beyond pissed because it cleared out of my account I'll never order from them again.
    I ordered a pair of nike shoes it took a week to receive them and to top it all off those clown's sent me the wrong color shoes, I ordered the white pair and they sent me the gray and orange pair, footaction has really gone down hill and it's best for people just to go into the stores and by their items because nowadays with this online shopping the (seller / sender) intend to send the buyer not what they paid for but what they want you to have which is pretty messed up
    Hi guys, is there any way I can give them - negative 100 stars coz they really suck. I ordered a pair of Mens sandal size 8. The sandal was damaged, so I take a picture and asked for the exchange. Instead of exchanging they send me the amount which I wasn't charge and when I am reading the company policy it says $ 6.99 will be deducted for shipping fees. They send damaged pair and instead of exchanging they are putting money in my CC card that's some big b#ll SH#T. These guys should drag to the court for doing this type of work. Not happy with you guys' shame on you.
    I ordered champion slippers on 11/25 (thanksgiving) i was told i'll get my package within 5-6 business days. The next day i got an email that my order was on the way! I was sooo scared because i ordered from here then i read the reviews and they were SO bad but there was nothing i could do but to hope and pray i get my shoes. I got my shoes today! (11/27) it took 2/12 days! I'm beyond glad i got my shoes not only that but i got them days before i was told! Thanks footaction! I'm not sure what happened to everyone else but i had a perfect experience.
    I ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was $40 the other was $200. Guess what pair was not in package, the expensive ones. They have a non working cs phone number, do not reply to emails and their physical stores will tell you they are not affiliated with the online store. Call your bank or cc company and dispute the transaction. Don't let yourself get robbed by these bastards.
    The worse communication ever. Quick to take your money and having you wait 7to10 days for your product. Unfortunately the shoes didnt fit proper so I returned them. And I've been trying to contact customer service on gold twice for 40 minutes or longer. It's been a week and still haven't returned my money to my credit card. B. S if you ask me. I'll forewarn other to stay clear of this place
    I ordered one pair of sneakers in early December. According to footaction's website they were supposed to be delivered over a month ago (3-5 business days). Everytime I check the delivery status of the shoes on their website footaction says its gonna take 3 more days than it did when I checked the time before. I signed up for text updates and got nothing. And I tried to use the USPS tracking number they provided on the USPS website and it said that tracking number didn't exist. It's currently January 24th and still nothing. It's a scam and they won't give me my money back.
    I was so scared to buy here after I saw all the reviews here. I do believe the others are honest about their experience with FootAction. But when i saw an Adidas backpack with great discount offered from this website and free shipping with their FootLocker FLX membership (and no discount from all the other places by Google), I just could not hold back to not buy it. So, I said whatever. If it had turned out to be something bad, I could accept the consequences without listening. But it came out to be very good experience. Maybe it is due to the fact that FoorAction belongs to FootLocker(I bought shoes many times in-stores) now. They shipped the package pretty fast in a day (received in 3 busness days) and the bag I received is brand-new. And the receipt is all included in the box and looks professional. I see no difference from directly buying things from Nike or Adidas. I see there are many people who have bad time with this dealer and totally understand a nightmarish shipping experience could ruin anyone's good day. Hopefully, after the combination with FootLocker, you guys will step into a new era of better business. I would like to visit your local stores again after the pandemic. (BTW, my experience does not cover the returns or refunding procedure.)
    Order has not yet arrived have been calling and emailing the company without a response. Company was quick to change my card and take my money. I've been following up with the bogus tracking number provided and currently shows it's in transit and Estimate delivery date disappeared.
    They came in 9 days and were in perfect condition! The reviews made me nervous but it was great! No issues.
    Foot Action has some serious deals on shoes. They are my go-to for cheap sneakers.
    Neither their customer service phone numbers work. I called the Domestic and got a busy signal. Additionally, I ordered two pairs of the same shoes because I liked to have a back up pair and only received one pair. I only received one pair! And that pair was two big! There was no option using their ReadyReturn service to get refunded for the pair I never received while simultaneously exchanging for a smaller pair. Completely cruddy customer service portal. I will not be ordering/purchasing from Footaction EVER again!
    I ordered shoes from here and added the 2 days shipping for them (22$) to just come 5 days Later so why even put that there if you guys don't even make it happen I think that's fraud and messed up not buying shoes from you guys again. My point is now I have to go to a gathering with messed up shoes thanks foot action
    The shoes I tried to buy had a time limit of 5 minutes, as soon as I tried to checkout, the page began endlessly loading. It never loaded but the timer continued in the background. Footlocker uses the same timer but of course, their page loads. I was able to buy the shoes there where all the sizes were fully stocked. Spend your money elsewhere, saves time and frustration drastically.
    Ordered running shoes from Footaction. Shipping time was not too long, but when the box arrived, there were a pair of shoes that were clearly worn in the box. They had a scuff on the toe box, the corners of the toe box was creased and there was dirt on the undeside of the soles. I will be returning the shoes for a refund and will never order from them again.
    Ordered shoes almost 2 weeks ago still haven't received my package no one is responding to my emails they keep you on hold for customer service for 45mins then the line gets disconnected I would really like to be refunded but I dont think it's possible. I should've read the reviews!
    I ordered shoes on 6/9/20. Received a confirmation email. My card was charged. I received an email on 6/11/20 stating that my purchase was delivered and it had a UPS Tracking Number. It is 6/20/20 and I am pissed because those shoes were for my Dad for Father's Day! Still no shoes, I have emailed 3 times with no response, there is no number to call. FootAction is full of crap. Reporting them to BBB.
    I ordered a pair of Toddler Retro 11 on December 12,2020. On December 14,2020 I get a email stating that Delivery Is Taking Longer Than Expected, don't worry you'll still get order. In between that time there was no notification that my toddler shoes were on it's way until December 17,2020 and it said your order has arrived. I got up to go look outside my door there wasn't nothing from Footaction UPS never delivered them, I checked with my neighbors they didn't have my package so I called footaction immediately and explained to them what happened and they said they were to email they investigation department and get back with. On December 23,2020 I got a email from a prepaidandclaims stating that my claims was denied and No Explanation on how they came up with that conclusion. I have called them & emailed them and no one has respond to neither email nor call. It's now January 5,2021 I don't have my package and they're refusing to refund my money back. This was a horrible experience and a nightmare, I don't think I could ever order from them again..
    I ordered one pair of sandals from footaction over 8 days ago and for about 5 days all it said was "label was made" when I put the tracking number in. I called customer service yesterday waited 45 mins just to be hung up on after I gave my order number to the agent. I called back waited another 45 mins for someone to answer they told me it was shipping today. Finally. Finally at like 2 am I got a notification about it going out. If I had not of called god knows when it would have been shipped. Now I have to wait another 4 days the agent said. He said it's 4-5 days from when it is shipped out not when you place the order. Horrible seriously. Also both customer service agents were so rude to me. I didn't yell or talk sternly they just weren't nice at all. I will probably never get anything from foot action again. Honestly I wanted to give them zero stars but you can't you have to pick at least one.
    Footaction has the WORST customer service. I have email they 5 times about an order that I needed to be canceled on the same day the order was make. Literally 4 hrs after the order was made they NEVER responded to me. Instead they keep sending this bull$#*! regenerated email. I will NEVER order from this place ever again. First time and LAST.
