First time bought there and so disappointed. Two dresses I purchased look different to image on site and too small. I ordered Cardigan in same size and it fits but dresses don't! Also, poor quality and one dress has a hole, threads on both everywhere. Can't reach customer service for some reason, every email says they don't receive emails at the moment. Ive never been so disappointed with online purchase! I will never buy again!Should have listened to everyone who said not to buy from them. I ordered 9 things and when I got my package it contained 5 of them. Contacted them via FB and they told me as it says they sent it all on there system it's a "to bad so sad" kinda thing and they can't do anything. I then emailed them and 4 days later received an email saying they resent some items (ones I already received) and I can expect them in January! So disappointed. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.Terrible experience and will never buy here again. My order took a few weeks, then when I went to return within the 45 day window, they no longer would allow it because they count the window from your order date! Now I'm stuck with items that were bad quality and fit. They look nothing like photos online. And their customer service is inaccessible. I'd advise anybody to shop somewhere else.I got sent a defective item, (totally not my fault!) and talked to 2 customer service reps through email and twitter, Mavie and Matt T. Both reps were unapologetic and unprofessional even after seeing photos as proof of the defects. They asked me to send the item back at my own cost if I wanted a refund even though prettylittlething was at fault for sending me a defective item in the first place and didn't even offer to send a replacement.I have ordered from PLT for 5 years now. I ordered before Christmas and still haven't received my items. 2 out of 4 times I have messaged them someone has answered. It's very upsetting. Not trusting them anymore. They keep giving me the run around. This was 1st ordered before Christmas.I've ordered from here a few times, and it's always hit or miss with the sizes, even when I look a measurements, so try to gauge as best as possible. Quality is basic, the same as fashion nova or any other boutique. Clothes are cute, 3 stars because I couldn't leave a review on an item I bought, that I wanted to let people know the poor quality of the zipper, on one of the fuzzy coats, it's just so hard to zip that I don't want to wear, otherwise it's such a cute coat.I purchased three pairs of jeans in November 2021 for Christmas presents for my granddaughter. Due to Covid outbreaks I was unable to see her until about 2 weeks ago. The jeans do not fit. Absolutely impossible and frustrating trying to contact this company. If you live in The United States DO NOT purchase from this company. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their return policy allows 28 days. Even if I had given them to her on Christmas Day I would have been over the 28 days. Shop elsewhere.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, worst customer service team I've ever dealt with. Returned my parcel over a month ago and had no email about a return. There is no direct contact for customer service only an online chat bot & they make it impossible to talk to real person - and when you do they are extremely rude and unhelpful. Starting to think I'm not getting my £200 back.I bought a set from pretty little thing. Got it today and there is a huge hole in the pants and the top had makeup all over it. The tag was already cut off. I emailed them but I'm guessing based on reviews they won't issue me a refund. Lesson learned! Never buying from this company again. I left pictures for reference. You can't see the makeup very well in the photo but I promise you there's foundation all over it. GrossI order my jacket back a few weeks ago, I put my exact address. However, they $#*! my order over by not putting my apartment number and sent delivery TODAY to someone whos from New Jersey. I have been trying to reach out to their customer service, they never replied back for the issue. Thankfully I didn't spend 100+ dollars but, it still upsetting because all I wanted is my brown jacket. I wouldn't recommend this place and this is my first experience shopping there too.I took a risk with ordering from this site because my friend had already told me they were horrible. I order 3 items that came to a total of $44.02 with shipping and all. I looked at my statement and I was charged $55.32! That should never happen. $10 is much but it's something when you are suppose to be running a professional business. I won't be order from here again because overcharging a customer makes me think the company is untrustworthy period.Don't buy if your planning for an event unless it's months ahead. They always say "delivery on x date or sooner". Despite this my package is always far past the latest delivery date every single time. So frustrating when you planned. Overall products look like photos but the materials and fabric are a lot cheaper then they look online. Up close the boots look insanely cheap and feel cheap. They also have a weird fishy odor which I'm guessing is from the faux leather? They did not put my apartment letter on the package. FedEx put in the wrong parcel and someone else received a free dress. The next other item took 30 minutes to track and was found before someone else could get it as well. Customer service is terrible! I am out of money and dress!I ordered 4 pairs of pants, different ones, all size 12. And when I finally received my package, not only were all of my clothes incorrect, they were all 16! I then went to talk to someone about it and there customer service was HORRIBLE! I spent $110 on these and not only will they not give my money back, they want me to pay $4 a pair of pants for a refund to send back to them! What is this! As you can see in the pictures when I ordered and the receipt that they gave me DONT MATCH!The items I received looked totally different than the pictures and were very poor quality! I have never written a review before but I felt compelled from this experience. The dress was supposed to be ruched bodycon but the material was loose and thin. It was like ordering from Shein except way more expensive. I do not recommend shopping here.I ordered two pair of nude heels both in a US 9. When I received my order, the delivery date displayed was wrong and both pair came in a size 7. When I contacted customer service she stated that a UK 7 is equivalent to a US 9. I actually wear a US 8, but I order heels one size up. I couldn't even fit my toes into the "equivalent" pair. My email notification even displayed a US 9. I know the pairs sent to me were a true 7. Now I have to pay to return. I won't be ordering again.Its 2022, and i'm still waiting for an order i made in 2021 sometime in August. I've contacted them on their whatsapp service, given them my confirmed order number and am told time and time again to wait till a certain date for my order (which ofcourse never arives). I just recently WhatsApp'd them again and i get a notice saying their WhatsApp service will no longer be working by 31st Jan. I am super annoyed and disappointed.I purchased itema from them that arrived damaged. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and haven't received a response, after 3 sent emails. In addition to this if your curvy! Please forget it! The quality of their pants are horrible. Nothing fits and of course being curvy is in. Hate to say it but the clothing aren't for curvy women or women with some type of shape. And getting in contact with customer service -1 rating!I bought an item 2 years back & recently bought it again in a different size. It looks completely different from color to style. It is cheaper and they claim it's a new manufacturer which isn't the main issue. The problem is they are still advertising model in the old style which is false advertisement. Plus there was a little snag on the skirt which they completely ignored and keep saying new manufacturer and made me pay for return. I've had 25 emails back and forth with them. It's like arguing with an incompetent advisors. Waste of time and money, never shopping there again.
