We will never NEVER do business with this company again. Ordered a couch was promised a delivery date in two week. It took them two weeks to process the order. Today a month later one of three pieces show up the others pending. What does that mean? The price may be tempting but trust me buy somewhere else they will drag you on forever with no answers. See photo guess we could sit on the one ‍This company is completely corrupt, they take your money immediately then tell you your item has shipped. Weeks later after NO activity on the tracking, you cannot reach them by phone - EVER! Their phone recording says the wait time exceeds their standards and hangsup on you! Their email contact to Customer Service is no better, canned responses, absolutely horrible! Trying to cancel etc., and get your refund is a very long nightmare. NEVER doing business with them again!I ordered a couch through Cymax with estimated delivery being only two weeks away it seemed like a good deal. Fast forward a month and I still have no couch. There is no way to contact them other than email. They respond with vague responses that do not solve anything. I've been on and off the phone with Metropolitan who handles their shipping and that has been a disaster in itself. Overall this has been a terrible experience and I encourage no one to buy from this company. Cymax is an absolute disgrace.I bought a desk 01/25/22. They delivered on 02/09/22 2 out of 4 boxes. There is no customer service person to talk to, they ask you to send an email, but no one answers it and they give yoou the running around. Ive sent so many emails already and they are ignoring me. IT IS A SCAM! Do not buy anything from this company!I ordered 4 bar stools which was 2 items since they came as pairs. I received 1 pair but the other item received was a reclining chair. Only way to contact them is by email and claim they will respond in 24 - 48 hours. After a week they gave me another email address which was VP of operations. Still no response. Do not buy anything from this company.Ordered reclining loveseat 1/22/2019. Paid for White Glove Service. Single driver arrived with it over a month later and stated they don't do white glove; door only. I sent it back and said I need it white gloved as I needed it delivered to a downstairs room. During this time I sent 16 emails to cymax trying to track shipment. The last email back was on 3/6/2020 Cymax said they would request refund from manufacturer. It's 3/15/2020 and no further word.I ordered a 4-seat tall dining table through Amazon. They failed to deliver and returned only a portion of the money paid saying they were not able to reach me for delivery. They have all my contact info i. E. cell phone, email. They can call, text, email or ring the doorbell, but they did not. Then, they emailed me the refund notice saying they are billing me for the delivery fee. I had to fight through Amazon to get the balance. I would avoid this vendor due to fishy business practice.Ordered a bed, received the product with half the parts missing and damaged. You're not able to speak to anyone over the phone and they haven't responded to email or messages going on 10 days now. Run away from this company!Received the product in perfect order. Checked each piece. Directions explicit and very detailed. All hardware there. All pieces fit. All pieces marked well. Be patient building it dnd you'll be pleasedI ordered a dresser off Amazon not knowing it was this company, a third party shipper. Never received the dresser due to the warehouse delivery hours and inconsistencies with trying to arrange a delivery. Cymax said I refused or decided to return the package and I'm responsible for return and restocking fees which is over $200. Claims have been filed with Amazon. Stay away from this shipper. No wonder they stay in business, you never get it but they still make money off of you! Amazon needs to remove them all together!Non-existent customer service. 2 of the items delivered with significant damage, no phone number to call, it takes them weeks to get back to you via email. Standard modus operandi - you order the stuff, there is a callin #, but when you need to follow-up/track your shipment, you can contact only via email which takes 24-48 hours response time. Always standard response. Did not receive my stuff one week after committed date, They committed that you can cancel if I want & when I cancelled my order, they handed over cancellation policy to me. They use this policy to hold your money for no fault of yours.I ordered a bed frame from this company it was $540 with tax. I did not accept it was badly damaged it did not come off of the truck the driver took it back. It has been months and I still have not received a refund. I have had many attempts to contact them about my refund. No response no refund do not buy anything from this company. Amazon should not do business with them.I ordered a new dinning room table on 10/25. Today is 11/24 and I have been forced to cancel my family Thanksgiving. I have spent 5 days, 4x a day, on the phone with Metropolitan Shipping who has held my table hostage since 11/3. Cymax refunded me $100 for the inconvenience of not receiving the $1300 table and having to cancel a major holiday. They also wanted to charge me for returning a table I never received. PUTTING ME IN DEFAULT W/MY BANK. This is a scam operation and AVOID IT AT ANY COST... THEY, KENNY AND SOME WOMAN ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS.Site advertised fed ex shipping within two days. Site said you are not charged until item is shipped. Nonsense. They took the money from account immediately and sent a bogus fed ex tracking email on 6/1 that my merchandise on the way (purchased 5/27). The tracking does not update beyond " label printed" because per fed ex site, they have not received my merchandise to ship. I guess they generate a shipping label immediately to justify taking your money since transaction in "shipping status". I have called Cymax twice and emailed twice for status of my order and have not heard back. At this point, based on all reviews I have seen, I doubt I will get a reply or merchandise ( you never get a live person on calls, always " someone will return your call with 48 hours"). Now I am in process of disputing this as a fraudulent charge with my bank, but it will take a few weeks as well for investigation. For now, I am out $177.00. Consider yourself warned, do not do business with these thieves. Sent the wrong item and instead of following their own statement about offering a replacement they refused to send the correct item. They would not sell me the bed I originally bought at the price I paid. It is the company's job to check listings and make sure they are correct if not remove them or honor them.
