Could not open the account becuase they could not read the document and nobody to talk to in person They dont care called to reason for not accepting my application "we can request only 2 time for the document couple of times " and thats it rejected for life time nobody to explain or answer their question Banking with Chase and BOA no problem Maybe it was my name that stopped them from opening account Phone number get dicsconneted while on hold and nobody to talk toI was approved for a PPP loan but, can't get the funds deposited into my account. I've called and emailed dozens of times in the past two weeks to try and get my account info updated but no response. Now they tell me my loan offer may be cancelled. It would just take a few minutes to help me, it seems crazy they wont even respond or try to help. Don't take on loans you can't service when people's businesses are on the lineHorrible customer service. Need to sign loan documents and can't get it taken care off. I have called and emailed for days and no word back. On top of the fact that it took me 3 times to get them everything they needed, even though I was told each time I had submitted everything. In a time where the funds are needed, regarding the PPP loan and can't even get an answer back from them is ridiculous. I have NEVER dealt with worse customer service in my life. Completely unacceptable!Due to emergency/ unforeseen circumstances, my biz had to close for 6 weeks right after we secured our loan. We're back open and paying the loan back, just a bit slower than anticipated because of the close. I asked for small extension/ higher pay back rate based on circumstances (which I proved to be true), but I'm told it cannot be changed at all, and that its all automatic. Trying to work out a reasonable solution to make payments asap, but getting no help from CS. When I ask to speak with a Sup I am told "they are in a meeting"- 4 times now.It looks like they were just overwhelmed with applications. But they eventually got back to me and fix everything. Thank you I appreciate itKabbage took all of my information, including bank, SSN and tax info then stopped answering any calls or emails. Shady. Forced me to change all of my accounts. Beware. Possible fraudulent / I.d. theft company. The phone cuentakes you in circles and them hangs up on you. Every time. Any option. BewareSigned up and their link to my other bank was old. Notified them a week ago and still hasn't been fixed. I thought I'd try to deposit a check - their website indicates I just need to select Deposit Check from the Account Overview screen on the mobile app. Might be great if there were actually a Deposit Check option on the app Account Overview screen! I thought this would be a solid product now with the Amex tie-in. Could not have been more wrong. Really regret signing up for this account.I called several times for making a payment plan they charge my account all at one time and reactive the auto pay with out informing me, my restaurants was close during the Covid and I have a stay home order until June 8 and they took 4000 out of my account they don't care about your situation they think Covid it's your problem not theirs awful company awful customer service don't work with them I'll close my account ASAP after the Covid and stay of home order finish, they are not humanToday I started at 8AM only to get the same thing a hold, and then an abrupt disconnection. They sent a generic letter stating what might be missing on my PPP loan application but did not specify what is missing for MY application. Nothing in the admin even mentions what they need or that there is an issue. 4 weeks. Time to cancel and reapply elsewhere before the June 30th deadline. PS - while writing this review, they were on hold, someone just answered. After my first sentence, I was then disconnected. Whoa!Tried calling to defer payment during covid 19 lockdown. They never answered documented 30 calls. Left messages for each one. Sent 4 emails, never responded to. Only got emails stating they were taking $6600 out of my account. No money to be taken. Business suspended. Their says to hold, after 10minutes it goes to a voicemail. Tried 3 separate numbers for them. Same result. Never got a call or email.I just read an online article in Forbes Kabbage PPP Small Business Loans. I got a good laugh that a respected media source like Forbes would feature a company such as Kabbage. Kabbage takes advantage of small business that hasn't been around long enough to establish credit or has a lower credit rating. Among the many negative aspects of Kabbage, the fixed-fee structure (meaning that early repayment does not save interest), non-transparency, monthly fees, and astronomical rates compared to other online lenders. Beware, this company is NOT a small business' friend.I applied for a ppp loan from Kabbage and was given the wrong amount. It's third grade math 2.5 x monthly payroll. I supplied my documents that verified what my monthly payroll and was shorted over 8000 dollars! I have reached out to my members of Congress to inform them of this unfair abuse of their clients. After reading many reviews they mishandled many small businesses applications. There was not a manner of contacting them by phone or email. They have left many with a lot of questions that need to be answered. It doesn't surprise me when I saw during the first allotted ppp loans went to publicly traded companies. What a scam.At one time offered business loans, but cut all customers' lines of credit to $0 without warning (Google the Bloomberg article reporting on Kabbage related to this topic). I'd question everything about this firm's management practices, and would steer well clear of a business relationship with them.Total cut throat business lending! They received their government sba bail out but stick to the business's that were hurt during the pandemic with their fly by night lawyers.Applied several places to get the PPP loan and Kabbage came through very quickly. I had all my documentation ready and they made it easier. From application to funding it was less than a few weeks. Thanks Kabbage!Tried to get an online checking account with them. Was asked to "provide documents" multiple times despite providing them and making multiple calls with their staff from India who were useless. Was sent a rejection email today because "I didn't call them to confirm documents." Kabbage seems like another indian scam.I have been in business for years. Applied for the PPP Loan so I can hire back my employees. I submitted all my LEGAL documents just to be told weeks later I was denied cause they couldn't verify my business information when I emailed for a Dispute on their decision it's like a ghost town I'm still waiting for a reply cause I call bull crap. When I called the rep I last talked to literally laughed in my face when I said I was denied an told me to email the dispute team SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL ‼‼‼I am on my 2nd loan with Kabbage. Was hoping to discuss higher credit line for a future loan, as well as possible lower interest. Unfortunately everything is computer and no personal input. Overall, I do like Kabbage, though.As so many others wrote their PPP loan application customer service was non existent, they didn't approve, although I was clearly eligible, called them many times and emailed them, never got through to a human until today, when I suddenly received a humans email response more than a month after the PPP loan deadline. They shouldn't have offered this service, if they cant deal with it and don't have any customer service, companies were relying on them and lost out by being told that the loans weren't going through after PPP application deadline, we could have applied with other banks, who would have communicated with us. Shame on Kabbage, they are a group of incompetents and frauds! Wasting peoples time and misleading them. They owe apologies to hundreds of small businesses, however their apologies wont help at all.The process of re opening my account was quick and painless. I worked with you rep Paige Cooper who assisted me at each step and updated me constantly. She was professional and courteous.Tried numerous times to fill out an application for PPP. Recommended by Provident bank. They asked for a business code that I put in that they said wasn't valid. It was valid. Oh and there was no back button to go back. I can only assume the positive reviews are from people who work thereGreat job Kabbage - Hospitals and OEMS will not be able to purchase systems to save lives. We had orders in place to purchase portable X-rays and C Arms for hospitals and OEMS in need due to supply chain issues. Now I have to break the news to all the major OEMS and Hospitals that Kabbage blindsided us with ZERO explanation. Not good business for a company that relies on us to support your operation. Have the decency to reach out to your vendors and qualify who truly has the capacity to use the lines responsibly.I can't believe there are this many positive reviews for Kabbage. Since I linked here from their site, I guess I cant be suprised. They come off as new, fresh, professional. They advertise all over the place. Their customer service is nice and apologetic but it's a shady outfit. Go elsewhere! I found some serious flaws in their operations. They even admitted to the flaws and instead of correcting their mistakes, they offed me a gift card. When I needed them most during the Covid-19 pandemic, they froze my account along with the majority of consumers. Way to go! House of cards. Don't do it.Found it very easy and useful. Much better than others that wanted to charge me daily at high interest or that declined to lend altogether.I was approved for a PPP loan and I was never able to accept the loan do to issues with their website. I called them over 50 times and sent numerous e-mails with no response. When you call your call is automatically dropped after a few minutes in the Que. Now my PPP loan is denied because I could not take action within the 20 day time limit and I am being told I can't apply for another loan by other Lenders. Worst customer service ever and their actions will have implications to my employees and their lives. I can't even apply using another lender. I would never recommend using them for anything. Very disappointedWe received an email from kabbage that our new line was placed in hold only weeks after they approved it. The sent this message yesterday. We have a substantial operation and purchase millions in supplies. We have no financial challenges whatsoever. We were using them for pay later on alibaba which would seem faster than wiring money all the time. I dont recommend kabbage. Their process is misleading. They want to connect to your bank accounts- fortunately we only connected them to a minor credit union account for payments. After reading reviews I wish we had done our homework first. Their coronavirus policy is hurting people. We will not be completing the "bank accounts" verification process now and have dumped them.
